These people are thieves. I ordered my dress in January 2020 no refund or reply or anything it's now Sept 2021 nothing. They are scanners.

I’m so horribly disappointed in this site. They are scammers. I ordered from the on June 27, 2019 and have just received a bunch of absolute garbage... NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED. 3 April 2019 I took delivery from the Post Office.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE....

I placed 2 orders with them and paid extra freight for fast delivery 3 -12 business days and got the final item 9 weeks later. Misfitting items and incorrect items are all part of dealing with this crowd. They don't answer Emails (of which I sent several) if you complain. I did get 1 answer at one stage but it was in Chinese, a fat lot of good that is. DEAL WITH PICKATOP AT YOUR PERIL !!!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Ordered a Christmas present in early November 2019. Paid over $65 for coat. Never received and they won't return my emails. Hate this company! Scammers.

I ordered about 10 blouses for my wife and had nothing but complications from the onset ! I also never received the only dress I ordered for her. They keep Emailing me telling me that they have my order ready to ship and I respond telling them to go ahead and ship it since I already paid for it! 6 months later,,, I am still waiting !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IR HARD EARNED MONEY !! I have a feeling that they are an overseas company !
