Itty bit worried at first because our girl Nova reacts to loads of supplements, but these didn’t upset her and her ears seem calmer. Still a bit early but the shaking isn’t constant now. Might actually stick with these.

Awful company - contact telephone hidden in website and does not work “The number you have called is not recognised”. No clear way of cancelling subscription. AVOID

These people are scammers do not buy anything on line with ur Apple Pay, I brought one product and they have put an extra order in with products I have never looked at. Saying it’s a subscription, months after I bought 1 product. I’m not stupid and am I savvy online. Taken money without authorisation and only offering 20% refund. I am absolutely disgusted. Avoid at all costs

Ruben had ear problems for what felt like years, always the same cycle of rednes wax shaking. Since starting these it’s not completely gone but the flare ups aren’t half as severe and he’s sleeping better. It took a little while but we can tell it’s doing something.

Very confused- reviews mention fast delivery and good communication yet I ordered the product and set up a subscription 12 days ago and have yet to be notified that the item has even been sent. When I emailed to enquire I was sent a ticket notification and told to expect a reply within an average 2hs during working hours but that hasn’t been forthcoming. I’m frustrated as I did believe this might help my dog but have been forced to look elsewhere for a solution and so will be cancelling my subscription and looking for a refund for the order that hadn’t arrived. Really puzzled by such mixed reviews- I do receive daily sales emails trying to get me to buy more, just no product! Frustrating.

Still not 100% if it’s helping fully but our springer Maisie’s ears look a bit less inflamed. Hard to judge but she doesn’t seem as irritated and she’s not shaking constantly. Could be early days but we’re hopeful. Arrived in good time.

Unfortunately their product didn’t work for my dog. However more tablets arrived before I had time to cancel any future orders. I returned the package to Pick Peanut vie DPD 2 weeks ago. I’ve still not received my money back, I sent numerous emails asking why and all I get are excuses. In my opinion not a good company to do business with.

Hi just would like to thank the staff for giving me advice about their product. My story is I have a 6yr old westie and he suffers with yeast problems and allergies Bradley especially his ears and body so I decided to try this product as I don’t know what else to do for my little dog.so I’m hoping this works and the reviews are fantastic

Kelly genuinely seems like a different dog since being on these. He’s more settled, not constantly biting at his paws or shaking his ears. Even his coat feels nicer. Didn’t think a supplement could do all that. Still early days but you can see a clear shift.

1 star is far too generous for this company.

EDIT since pick peanut reply. Yes they sent a return label for February order but we have NO DPD pick up points in caithness and now pick peanut are ignoring emails AGAIN that are requesting a return address to return their poor product at my cost. This entire process / experience has been a nightmare.

I bought these because we’d already tried loads from the vet and nothing stayed effective. Our retriever Scout has sensitive ears and gets wax build-up easily. After using these a few weeks his ears aren’t filling up half as fast and he’s not shaking every morning. Thought it wouldn’t do much but we’re actually impressed.

Pick Peanut really helped our terrier Willow who always had itchy skin and the odd gunky ear. She seems less bothered by everything overall. Took a bit but she’s perkier and the ears don’t smell weird anymore. We’re only partway through the tub but it’s been a noticeable change.

I have two Labradors, one elderly and one young ~ they both have their own health issues and I can honestly say Pick Peanut have been amazing. The SK9 and probiotics are wonderful for ear problems and sensitive skin treating from the gut, and the Mussel Move joint capsules have been life changing in giving my senior boy his bounce back, they are also wonderful for any joint issues like elbow pain seen in our younger dog who now is able to enjoy longer gentle walks. Their customer care has been exceptional, I cannot recommend them highly enough. *the tablets are supplementary and in addition to veterinary advice/medication (an excellent health boost)

Pick peanut are a fantastic company to deal with. Unfortunately my dog's refused to eat the chews. Despite trying to disguise them in various ways.

Skye’s wax used to be literally clumpy. Now it’s much easier to wipe and not thick. She doesn’t shy away anymore. Came on time.

I have no problem with their products, but big problems with the company. I remembered I have cancelled my subscription but still getting charged at 4 January, as mentioned I don't have problem with their products so decided to accept it. Its 6 Feb today I still not receive the items. I emailed for refund but no response so has decided to make a dispute with my bank. Then I got a reply from them stated they can't refund me, to do that I need to cancel the dispute. I contacted my bank, I can't cancel a dispute, the company has to response to it. Separately, I got another email stated they have stocks now and will send them out next couple of weeks. I do not need them anymore, and after more than 30days, I want my refund, please response to my dispute and get it sorted. Also please remove my account and subscription completely.

I LOVE pick peanuts products, they have completely changed our dog's lives!

I placed an order on 22nd Jan paying £53 for SK9. I haven’t received my order and have emailed and completed the online contact form several times with no reply!

There is no contact number so I am very disappointed as would appear they have stolen my £53.00!!

Very poor customer service! I will be reporting them.
