I have very sensitive ears and implant grade titanium is all I can wear 24/7. I ordered the wrong sizes and thought I corrected it and did not, I reached out to customer service who were so kind and helped me get the right sizes and fixed everything for me! They did not have to do that since it was my mistake but since I haven’t ordered from them before they did. I’m so appreciative of the kindness and service. I’ll definitely shop here when I need new piercing jewelry!

My son purchased some earrings for me for my birthday. I chose them and opted for the flat-back type. Unfortunately, I had real difficulties inserting them. I contact Pierced Universe and they were extremely helpful, sending out some replacement earrings by return at no additional charge. Excellent customer service and I will be recommending them without reservation to all my family and friends.

There was a small defect in the earring I ordered online. I contacted Pierced Universe, and they replied to me right away with an apology and a generous offer to ship a replacement. Their customer service has been excellent! I so appreciate their kind understanding of my concerns, timely follow-up, and warm energy which I can feel just through email. It was a very reassuring experience which makes me trust Pierced Universe as a first-time customer. The other earrings I ordered are awesome, and I can’t wait to wear the replacement earring once it’s shipped to me. Thanks so much again for all of your time and help with addressing this issue! I will definitely buy more earrings from Pierced Universe in the future.

Extremely responsive to my issue and couldn’t be happier. I made a mistake with the size I ordered and normally I’d expect it to be very hard to change an order after the fact. I emailed from direct from the order confirmation page requesting the correction and it was taken care of quickly. So wonderful.

Love all the jewelry I have purchased from here! I have made several purchases and the jewelry has held up well, with the exception of one earring. It broke after I wore it for one day, but I was sent a replacement right away. Whenever I have had to contact customer service, I always receive a prompt reply.

I really like buying from here. I have never had any problems with their jewelry, customer service or Delivery. Everything has been good. So, will keep buying from here.

My belly ring was lost in transit. I reached out to the company and a replacement was sent immediately. Exceptional product and selection choices.

I have not had any issues using this site. My orders arrive promptly, and the customer service is exceptional in helping with a glitch when I placed an order. It was fixed within 12 hours. The flat back studs are fabulous. Have ordered the for ear piercings and nostril stud.

Every time I purchase from Pierced Universe I have been impressed! They have an awesome selection and offer great quality stuff at a great price, specifically Titanium threadless! I like that I can order for my lobes with thinner posts and thicker ones for my cartilage piercings - and you can interchange them however you choose (which is great!!)
I highly recommend the body jewelry here, and definitely take your time to read the sizing info :) customer service is always willing to help me out with sizing questions!! Delivery was swift and I love my new jewelry!! :)

I paid 30 dollars for a titanium barbell bc my piercing was rejecting the metal i had in it the delivery was pushed back to march 30th its now the 12th and i have emailed and tried contacting this company through multiple socials and they refuse a response. i contacted the shipping carrier and they said the sender has to initiate a missing mail search and file a claim which means i cant get my money back. I ordered from this company thinking they were actually reputable and trying to sell high quality products unlike many others but unfortunately they dont seem to care about their customers receiving what they are paying for considering they will not answer and they have no customer service phone number to call. i would steer clear in this economy its not worth the chance of wasting that much money on something you will never receive. i also paid 8 dollars for next day delivery so i am out that money too.
