My package got lost due to the post office not delivering it correctly and the post office wouldn’t help me with trying to find it so I emailed Pierced Universe and told them the situation. They are sending me a replacement. I am very thankful they helped even though it wasn’t their fault! But hope the post office does their job this time because I’m excited to try their jewelry.

Due to the Canada post strike, my parcel from pierced universe was delayed and eventually lost in the mail. Pierced universe customer service reps were very accommodating, and went as far as mailing replacement items to my address with a tracking number, free of charge, without any questions asked. This is truly above and beyond service and I will be ordering through them again. Every time I reached out to Pierced Universe with questions or concerns, they communicated back promptly and with every intention to help. Not to mention the quality of jewelry is fantastic. Thanks again!

Purchased the wrong bar size and this company sent me the correct one free of charge. I only had to pay the $4 shipping fee. Excellent customer service.

My order was stuck in transit during the Canada Post strike and it was held up for over a month since placing the order. I reached out to customer service and they were super kind in helping me out, issuing a new order with tracking under a different carrier! Response was fast and solution was efficient, very grateful!

Absolutely appalling customer service. They use cheap couriers like DAI post who do not follow delivery instructions, leave your parcels unattended and as a result let them get stolen. I reached out to customer service to let them know what happened by email and I was ignored, i subsequently submitted a paypal review and they ruled in my favour, after 2 weeks of no response by Pierced Universe. If you order from these guys use PayPal. I can't speak to the quality of the jewelery as it didn't even reach my hands

This was my first time placing an order and I was not sure of the time line to receive. After I waited a few weeks and had not received my package, I immediately sent a message to ask about my shipment. My email was responded to within a few hours and investigated. It was suggested to wait one more week as there was a problem it looked to be with canada post. After my order still didn't arrive, I contacted them again and immediately a new order was sent. I received my order within a week. I am very pleased with the product (12 nose piercings) and very happy with how well they took care of the issue with my order.

I’ve made several purchases and I am quite pleased with the level of service for an online vendor. My second purchase had a defective item and I emailed customer service. Within a day they responded and had a replacement item on the way.
The quality of the items are great. I ordered 14k gold and titanium jewelry and have had no issue.

The items I received are gorgeous and I love them but one tiny prong on a belly button top jewel has a tiny (can't even see with the naked eye) defect that was catching on my clothes. I reached out to them to let them know and the very next day I was sent an email and tracking number with a replacement on the way! They made the issue super easy to resolve!!

What a relief to find solution to jewelry allergy. It's an expensive allergy to have if you can only wear highest probe gold without your ears swelling and turning red. Titanium earrings SOLVED it. I love the style, love the service and saving tons of money in the process.

Over the paat 2 weeks I've sent emails and social media messages regarding a return I'd like to make and all have gone ignored.

Super responsive customer service team. Quickly worked to ship out a replacement nose ring after my mail carrier lost my package.

I got my septum done at the beginning of the year. It healed and I was ready to replace it. Though I wasn’t sure what size to get I placed an order still. When they came they were way to small so I asked to return, they don’t due to sanitary reasons which make sense. However they did say they would give me 40% off for my next order which I think is amazing. They didn’t have to do that but they did and I was able to order the right size.

I've always like their titanium earrings, but this time one pair broken after only wearing them 4 days...I was upset at first but then customer service quickly responded and offered to send me a replacement pair. That was impressive!

Very trust worthy, i have bough jewelry from them a fee times, very affordable and when it comes to customer service, when i had an item break upon arrival, they did not hesitate to replace it. They answer emails pretty quickly and didn’t make the process of fixing the issue too complicated, they are quick to just find solution! 10/10

Long story short I don’t have the piercing. The tracking tells me it was unsafe to leave at address. I have a locked up letter box. How big is the package?
When trying to find where it is to pick up there is no company name of courier or phone number. When I approached Pierced Universe about this they pretty much said once it’s posted it up to me to track. Great customer service that is. I can’t track something that doesn’t have a name or address of where it is. Pierced Universe said all they will do is wait to see if it is returned and resend it. Australia post don’t have it and said it looks like it would be at a courier distribution centre but they can’t even see it in the email or tracking. So I am not going mad.
My advice if you’re in Australia, do not order from these guys. They won’t help you if you have trouble and customer service is very bad.
As for Pierced Universe, you asked for my review, here it is. Factual with the evidence provided. Hopefully you look at your customer service and rectify and maybe take a look at your postage service. Clearly you can’t trust them and they’re giving you a bad name. Since I don’t have the couriers company name, I can’t leave them the review as well.

I had one (out of four) items that arrived broken. Customer service replied and shipped a replacement the next day. Great service!
