The site was very easy to use. Tabs explaining documents etc again were easy to use. As the phone is for my grandson i now have peace of mind that if he damages/loses the phone im covered.

Daniel responded to and processed my claim within and hour of it being submitted. I had confirmation that my claim had been accepted and a new phoned dispatched all on the same day. Brilliant service very happy!
