Walked me through the steps of updating my policy politely and simply. Not sure how it could have been more efficient. Thanks.

Just wanted to say that I had a really good experience with Pier Insurance. My ipad was accidentally damaged and within a week they paid the full amount for a new one into my account. I had to take it to an Apple Store first for an examination but once I got the quote and forwarded on to my allocated representative I was was very quickly sent an email saying funds have been released to my account which I have just received.
The whole process was very smooth. Highly recommend 👌

I dealt with an excellent customer service rep called Susan. She handled my query really quickly and I was really happy with the out come.

Very quick to respond and resolved my query straight away.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and above all wasn't pushy or forceful.

Customer service is spot on. Changes required were made effectively and without any drama. Plus 10% loyalty discount applied to my account.

I have always received excellent customer service from Pier, in particular from Susan. The insurance is reasonably priced and the claims process has been efficient on the occasions I have used it.

I needed to update my policy and was able to get my current mobile phone insured for less money!

From the first phone call I made through to getting the amended policy by email took approximately five working hours. I was given crystal clear instructions and was dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner by everyone concerned. Excellent service.

I changed phone and wanted to modify my existing insurance. I thought it would be a real hassle but in fact the lady I talked to was very helpful and made the whole process simple. In my case it didn't even cost more for the new device.
