I am very disappointed and frustrated with their service. During a crowded commute on the London Tube, i lost my watch unexpectedly amid the chaos. Yet, when I filed a claim, it was met with skepticism and unnecessary complications. They questioned how the watch could have gone missing from my wrist, as if it were impossible for it to fall off, Do they think watches are permanently sealed to our bodies? This lack of understanding and support has made my experience with them far from satisfactory. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy in handling my situation have only added to my frustration.

Today, I was contacted by Daniel Davies, who was incredibly helpful and empathetic towards my situation. He was articulate and understanding, unlike others I've spoken to. He comprehended the details of my situation and provided prompt assistance. I am extremely pleased with the resolution he provided.

The staff are always friendly when you call in. I misplaced my documents and its was very quick getting a new lost sent over.

Sent phone off for broken screen Monday afternoon.nhad it back by thrursday morning. Only issue is they don't have a free phone number, apart from that a great experience for me

having a broken handset is always going to be a stressful sitation to be in but Lee the claim handler has been nothing but friendly, useful, proactive and understanding. Compaired to normal insurance, a lovely easy process to deal with and all questions thoroughly and unequvically answered

Called Pier Insurance on Monday to report a claim for a lost iPhone. Submitted a claim online, claim approved the same day and advised a replacement phone is on it’s way. Excellent service and Daniel is a credit to Pier Insurance. Well done !!!

I have recently upgraded my phone, sent an email to advise of this & was contacted straight away advising what information was required. This was forwarded to them & again have heard back very quickly that my account has all been updated. There was no fuss & everything completed so quickly. Excellent service.
