I upgraded my daughters phone and got policy changed over easily with no fuss and even got a loyalty discount.

Called up to add a handset and remove old one. Girl, Kate I spoke to was great. Understood what I was after email sent I replied with info and it was changed and a confirmation email sent to me. Kate was very knowledgeable and applied a discount as I have been a customer for a few years. She is an asset to your company. Quick and efficient, exactly why I have stayed a customer. :)
