Probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. Lauren was so professional and the renewal was done so well. Phone answered within seconds!

So pleased to find PIKL as Furnished Holiday let (Air/Booking etc) so difficult to find as standard contents (I have a Leasehold flat where Freeholder insures the buildings) insurance frequently doesn't cover damage and theft by paying guests nor personal and staff legal lability. Previously had to track down independent brokers . But now Pikl are on Go compare so found them and saved a 30% increase on this years renewal for a smallish contents value. PIKL's cover is extensive and superior to my previous one that had lots of 'what's not insured' conditions. So well pleased.

Excellent service as ever from Pikl Insurance today when I enquired about my renewal quotation. The representative I spoke to called Leila, was very approachable and put me at ease whilst being very professional, she read out all the legal requirements but kept stopping and checking I understood what was being said and inviting questions if I was uncertain. I would be very happy to recommend Pikl insurance company.

I was looking a second home insurance. I was transferred to PIKL by Confused, as they specialise in 2nd home insurance. Access to PIKL was easy via Both Online and very efficient Phone service.
Unfortunately, Policy endorsements were not acceptable to me , So I had to cancel. I got a better deal somewhere else. I received a full refund and the process was easy and smooth.
People I spoke to were polite, understanding and helpful.
Although, I didn’t get policy suited to my needs, but my experience was excellent
