simple to set up. great value

It was very straight forward answering all the questions online and when I had a small query, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and helpful.

Easy to understand website and written in a way that is not confusing. Subsequent phone conversation also er helpful. I definitely recommend Pikl from this experience.

Quick and easy to get the quote generated and paid.

Every year I receive an email saying my insurance has expired. I don't get a notification asking me if I want to renew (I have checked my junk folder too).
I would like to be reminded to renew, so that I don't have a lapse in cover and don't have to waste time reapplying for cover. Surely this can be automated? It means you're more likely to keep my business too...

It seemed too good to be true when I first came across Pikl insurance. I've been paying 4x as much for the last 4 years. I'm glad that someone has finally come up with a product for this niche market. Dan answered my questions on the telephone and the queries I rose online were answered within minutes.

We were so relieved to find an insurance company which would insure both our own home and our Airbnb annex. Rebecca was brilliant, incredibly professional and she explained our options clearly. I would highly recommend Pikl to others.

I did a quote on line someone got back to me straight away....I then decided to go with Pikl and phoned them this morning and everything I needed to Insure they did and within an hour all sorted... I thought some of the questions were ambiguous and had to ring for clarification when arranging separate host insurance. It was not very clear and open to interpretation.

This is the first time I have done this sort of thing on-line . the first lady i spoke to was lovely and Max the gentleman who dealt with my policy whilst i was on line was so very helpful and patient. thank you all so much.
