Really great customer service. Really responsive to queries and quickly resolve issues where they can.

Customer service is great. They are helpful and understanding.
The structure of the basic/automated communications of Piktochart before their intervention should be improved though. Clearer communication with the user through emails on the limits of their account type and future deletions of projects (due to Piktochart policies) should be mentioned and made clear.

I've been using Piktochart for about five years. Before that, I used the "other" online program and didn't realize what I was missing. Piktochart is the best tool for creating all things visual.

Charts and graphs are a breeze – just choose the style and colors, plug in your data, and Piktochart instantly creates professional data charts that will put your presentations over the top. It’s also easy to create compelling graphics for social media, cards, signs, flyers, etc.

It’s super intuitive so there’s no need to learn an entire program or to have a background in design. Piktochart helps me look like a pro.

If you get stuck, their support team is fantastic. No searching through articles or trying to explain your issue to a chat bot. A real, live human being will personally respond and spend all the time it takes to answer your questions. I highly recommend Piktochart.

I’ve been using Piktochart for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s a game changer! As someone who doesn’t have any formal graphic design training, Piktochart makes everything so easy. The templates are beautifully designed, and the drag-and-drop editor feels intuitive and simple to use.

What really surprised me, though, was their customer support—they’re amazing! I had a question about customizing a template, and their team replied almost instantly with clear and helpful advice. You can tell they genuinely care about their users.

Piktochart is by far an amazing editor, and the support team is excellent. They really seek to solve your problem and provide the best solution possible in the shortest amount of time. It is extremely unfortunate to find out that they are now becoming pay-to-use software, but the fact that they are still giving a 45-day grace period just proves that Piktochart strives to give the best experience to all users.

I couldn’t access my account because for some reason my email account got deactivated. Your colleagues were very patient in changing the email address into one where I had access to the inbox. Many thanks!

Tricky. You can only make 2 download for free and after you have to pay a lot of money. So you lose a lot of time for nothing.

This program is not for me. It just wasn't what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, when my auto-renewal date was coming up, I was unable to login and it auto-renewed. They sent an email with a link so you can easily CANCEL your account AFTER it auto-renews (without even logging in!). But they cancel it for the FOLLOWING YEAR. When I reached out and requested a refund, they said Nope - terms of agreement are clear, NO REFUNDS. Seems like they are planning to get an extra year out of all customers since you can cancel your account without logging in after it renews, but you can't cancel it without logging in before it renews.

Customer service is fantastic and very quick to respond. Customer support is very helpful in assisting with customer concerns and they are very respectful! As a customer I truly appreciate this and will continue to use this platform for presentations.

Piktochart provides excellent tools and services to create visual content easily and professionally. What I appreciate the most is their quick and efficient customer support: I had a payment issue and it was solved within hours.
