There was a mishap and I lost all of my work that I took days on for a final project in college, and they made accommodations to get my account back so I could download my work again. I would have failed the class if they didn’t do that. I am very grateful you all have such a great team!!

The support helped my students and me. So far, this website demonstrates care and listens to its consumers.

Please do not purchase a subscription if you are a business. I did my research and found out it transforms messy word documents into reports using AI. Paid £34 for the first month just tried it and it won't let me access past page 5 of a 30 page report without upgrading from the pro subscription and the work it created was worse than my initial document. Please do not get this- I am going to try sort it out and hope there is a solution but after the end of month 1 I will definitely be going elsewhere. This is a shocking workflow.

Update: I am sorry for the length of this review and the amount of complaining but I just upgraded to business and it is still terrible- the reports I keep building take ages to load than crash and it still takes away from my credits. And the preview of the reports I can see look very bad.

I just love how nice the employees were when i lost my project. and they gave me more time for free and they were very generous and understanding. i love this company.

When I had trouble accessing my account for a project, they were sure to go out of their way to help. Although it was a little difficult at first, they did help it what I needed. My advice is don’t be afraid to ask for help!

Never saw an app delete your saves after 7 days trial, had an important assignment saved and lost everything even after I paid more than 35e to upgrade to see if I could find it. Now I lost 35e and one night of sleep which I will spend redoing everything. Thank you Piktochart

companies have glitches, and for the first time ever the download feature wasn't working. I reached out for support and Lamita said it was a system error. When I explained I had a deadline to get the creative out, she downloaded and emailed to me. Now THAT IS WHITE GLOVE Customer service.
