Purchased glasses on 29th December 2024 to date 8th Jan still not arrived. Submitted contact form days ago and still no response, sadly no number to call. Really disappointed at the lack of response so far

Vorsicht vor Pilestone! Absolut unseriös!

Ich habe bei Pilestone eine Brille bestellt, die nie angekommen ist. Das allein wäre schon schlimm genug, doch was die Sache noch unerträglicher macht, ist der komplette Mangel an Kundenservice. Mein Geld ist weg, und auf meine wiederholten Nachfragen und Beschwerden erhalte ich absolut keine Antwort. Weder per E-Mail noch über andere Kanäle reagiert die Firma.

Ich bin fassungslos, wie man so unprofessionell und respektlos mit Kunden umgehen kann. Für mich sieht das nach reiner Abzocke aus! Finger weg von Pilestone, wenn ihr nicht riskieren wollt, euer Geld zu verlieren.

Extremely disappointed with these so-called colorblind glasses. They do not work at all as advertised. No improvement in color perception, just a useless marketing gimmick. I had high hopes when purchasing them, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this product if they’re looking for a real solution to colorblindness. Terrible experience

The glasses were defective, sent two emails to support (no response) and another via website last night. Hinges are very tight, hence one side came detached when closing the first time.

Didn't see information about tax on your website and knew about it when waiting for shipping.
I supposed the website I ordered from is in the UK, so it wouldn't be a tax (shipping to Ireland). So it was unexpected expenses, which is not nice.
Everything else is nice and glasses came on time

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Pilestone. Despite the claims of "advanced technology" and "improved results," the color-correcting glasses did little to enhance my ability to see colors. The difference was minimal at best, and the glasses felt more like a gimmick than a real solution. Additionally, the frames, which are advertised as "high quality" and "built to last a lifetime," felt flimsy and uncomfortable. For the high price, I expected much more. Unfortunately, these glasses did not live up to any of the promises, and I feel like I wasted my money. Would not recommend.

These guys are scammers and won't refund or answer me, and their colorblind glasses don't work, too! Don't buy it!

Tochter hat die seltene Blau- und Rot- Grün Schwäche.
Die die Brille habe ich 130€ gezahlt.
Nach 2 Wochen aus England kamen noch 36€ Zoll und DHL Gebühren dazu.
Aber die Brille funktioniert.
Meine Tochter hat das erste Mal die Farben blau, orange und lila gesehen.

Das Gebühren hinzu kommen steht nirgends, genauso wenig wie das der Versand aus England kommt.
Reklamation nur über PayPal möglich.
Habe es mit den Zollgebühren aufgegeben und bin glücklich dass es funktioniert.
Es ist schwer bei dieser Art der Farbschwäche überhaupt eine Brille zu bekommen.

Second Update: I have now received all three pairs ordered. Yay!! I am please to say my boyfriend is able to distinguish the difference between maroon and brown among others. He said the pair for reading works best. Considering he has never seen colors the same as those of us who can, it will take some time to get use to his new eyes. He has to wear them for small amounts of time currently. The vivid colors give him a headache if he doesn’t limit his time but I’m sure that will become better the more he uses them.

I never received my order. The number given to call for customer service appears to be a personal number. Generic, automated voice mailbox picks up, and the mailbox is full. Scam.

I bought these for my husband buy they just turn everything pink and distort the colours he could see perfectly well . I have received return instructions. It has taken quite some time to get a response. Be prepared to wait 4 or 5 days for someone to reply

My Pilestone sunglasses were a gift and they are in daily use. Would not be without them now,. I managed to break the frame and Gemma at Pilestone has always managed to respond quickly and has now sourced a new frame for me which is fantastic. thank you so much

Fantastic glasses, stylish frames, instantly brightens my colour world!

Only half the order arrived! could not even start the job. Informed the rest of the order will arrive in 2 weeks time! Sourced remaining items from elsewhere and cancelled delayed items. Very poor service!😖😞

Still waiting for my glasses after nearly two weeks sent a query which was supposed to be answered in 48 hours still waiting.

Delivery efficient. Build quality not as good as expected

First of all, I think that the lenses are a marvel! I have quite strong prescription in one eye on top of colour blindness and therefore they were purchased through the US store. They were in fact a gift and the team were very helpful with my mother in picking out the right lenses and glases for me. They work a treat and its amazing to see the world in a new light.

I unfortunately have had a couple of breakages since they were purchased. Once they were crushed in a bag and another time they were stretched and snapped accidentally. Fortunately both times the lenses were undamaged and the team were able to provide me with new frames at a very reasonable rate. The customer service team were very speedy in their response and helpful in making sure that I got what I needed.

Absolutely amazing to have access to quality product at an affordable price! My husband has strong to severe deutan colour blindness. I ordered the lens B sport edition glasses for him as a gift. It was a success, he was able to see the ball while playing cricket. It has changed his game. The UV protection is good (previous more expensive glasses did not have the UV protection), they are light weight so he doesn't even notice he is wearing glasses. They work inside as well. Thanks to Gemma for her support. Great job Pilestone! Thank you, highly recommend!

I can now give a revised review has my glasses have finally arrived today the issue was royal mail and was not pilestones fault the customer service from pilestone was good and kept me informed about the delivery issue.
I can now look forward to seeing the world with new colours has I've struggled all my life with colour blindness I thought I would never see the day where gasses would be made to help with colour blindness.
