I wasn't happy with the product it didn't help at all with my colour distinction all it did was turn everything pink

Good experience

This is my second pair of colorblindness glasses. My first was an Enchroma pair I got in 2017. Not sure if it’s that the technology has improved in 7 years or if Pilestone is doing things differently, but whoa…what a difference. Incredible! I highly recommend.

Glasses are very well made and work great. Also the customer service has been excellent. Definitely recommended

Ineffective

Originally I had given them a 1 star review because I hadn't got the product. But it turns out that the postman had hidden the glasses in a bush and not left a calling card. They sat outside all weekend, luckily there wasn't any rain.

I have Tritan colour blindness and I was so sceptical. Even the card that they come with says to give it 90+ minutes because it's not instant for everyone. It was instant for me. Apparently I've never really seen purple 💜 before. This is amazing!!!

Seem to help a little with clarity of colour but makes reading text very difficult due to the prescription (got clip-on lenses)

I love my Pilestone glasses, second pair that I’ve owned. They work fantastic and look really good too. The price is very good compared to others and the customer service team have been really helpful: my partner gave me my first pair a few years ago as a surprise and I’ll never forget putting them on for the first time and entering the world of full colour.

Order two sets of glasses lens A and Lens B.. to try which lens works best.! Delivered on time, products are great and do work very well… as a graphic designer I am very happy with the product and service.

Your support, understanding and compassion are so welcoming and rare to get these days from most companies. I would highly recommend you to anyone needing your amazing life changing quality products. I was delighted with the high standard of workmanship that has gone into the glasses.
Thank you also in allowing me to trial two pairs out with my friend and ability to return the pair not needed, even though his birthday is a month away.

Amazing pair of glasses. Allows me to see colours properly for the first time. Can’t recommend the company enough. If you want colour blind sunglasses, this is the place to come!

No issues with service

Bought a pair of colourblind glass, he was so excited to receive these that both of us cried. I emailed for some support as the first pair put him into a different colour blind category- couldn't fault them and their support. They helped me through the situation and replaced the glasses without hesitation. They have also been in contact to check how the new ones have been. One of the best companies I have dealt with for customer service.

Excellent product easy to order but delivery could have been quicker

I ordered 2 pairs for my children who have different degrees of colourblindness. My youngest son finds them difficult to wear with the changes to the colours but my eldest son, wow…they have changed his life. He is allowed to wear these for school and is now in year 11. He is able to wear them for all of his lessons and they have given him so much confidence in a variety of subjects now that he has clarity and colour in his vision.
Really wish I had bought these sooner.

Delivery and performance is OK. Works, but needs strong light. Only the box supplied is said to be Made in China, but it is a negative. The box looks good, but is awkward to use!

Brought these for my 8 year old, only found out last year that he was strong green/red colour blind. He has always struggled with school and they use colours as a way to help, but he wouldn’t have been able to see these, they did have different support for him instead of colours. He tried them on and immediately saw a difference, purple was a whole new thing, not a shade of blue and pink wasn’t a grey shade. It’s a very pale shade of purple to him now. Brown he’s relearning as everything has always been a shade of brown to him, he still has to check something green isn’t brown. He’s been wearing them to school and he’s super proud of them and he’s making progress already the teachers are telling me he’s doing so much better now. In my son’s words when he tried them the first time “wait, I can now see a rainbow!”

Did online eye test. Was recommended lens D. Ordered them and they don't work well. Emailed them on two occasions to return glasses, as that's the only way to process a return/refund apparently, but no reply.
So, out of pocket with glasses that are useless.

The order was processed and delivered in a very quick time. And the product itself has performed beyond expectations. Very good.

Great customer service. Swift reply to my emails, great product. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
