Pilstone had been in contact after missing their communication (fun world of emails)

They have been kind enough to honour the replacement of my glasses.

Like to thank Gemma and the team for their persistence in trying to reach out to me.

Very disappointed with Pilestone after repeated emails to allow me to replace my glasses they have failed to make any contact.

Have glasses here that don’t work for me and wife was told no issue replacement can be done up to 31st Jan yet no response from them.

Polite, helpful

We bought a pair of colour blind glasses for our 10 year old son a couple of years ago and he has used them ever since. He is now 12 and we have purchased a second pair so he can use them in school. He says they really work and have made a huge difference in his Art lessons and science lesson in particularly. The customer services team are great when I had queries about which lenses would be best. We have a younger son who is colour blind and we will be purchasing a pair for him very soon.

Customer service sorted my broken glasses and sent 50% refund from new pair.Very happy with the service.Recommend happily to other people.

These were a Christmas gift for my son and he loves them, it was really good to see his reaction on Christmas morning at all the colours that he can now see, he loves wearing them to watch tv as the colours are more vivid and he can now see what everyone else can see.

Didnt reply to original emails chasing order - then miraculously once the bank got involved they were despatched !! Absolute garbage do not work in the slightest- waste of money - will be returning do not buy!! The positive reviews must be fakes !!

Excellent refund policy if needed - no quibble which gives confidence in dealing with this seller.

I bought this for my husband. He couldn't see any new colors. This company is a scam. All the videos you see of people crying and seeing color now are all actors. Don't waste your money.

Placed an order three weeks ago as a gift and it 'shipped' two days later. I'm yet to receive it. Now this *might* be an issue with the courier but I can't get hold of pilestone through their support or contact options to get any kind of answer. This is telling when several messages go unanswered.

I feel obliged to write this review as companies tend to be more responsive once you do it.

I'll hold out some hope for a while longer that this can be resolved.

Update: My order did eventually arrive - support however were and continued to be appalling. Even the review here - it's taken them over a month to notice it.

I did the online test and ordered the appropriate type. didn't work. I was very upset to be honest. returning them this week

Poor communication... no reply to on line questions

I was very happy with the glasses and the service provided.

Bought a wrong item online. It was very easy transacting to the team via email to have the item reversed and refunded. The second purchased item (which is the correct one!) was also dispatched early. Very happy with their service.

Great sport glasses, works well after you get used to them.
Communication with customer service were very good.
Planning to order next one for every day use.

Erstmal vorweg: die Brille funktioniert überhaupt nicht! Zweitens sind ordentlich Zollgebühren fällig. Drittens kriegt man bei Bitte um Reklamation des mangelhaften Artikels keine Rückmeldung. Außer über das Kontaktformular erreicht man die Firma nicht und die scheint auf Anfragen auch nicht zu reagieren. Werd mich mit einem befreundeten Anwalt beraten und entsprechend Schritte einleiten.

Wanted me to pay for wrong item to be returned. Also, wouldn’t send out the correct item until wrong item was returned. Terrible business practices.

I have bought the TP-017 Sport and I love the product. It has really changed my experience of seeing colours. Also the service of Pilestone is excellent, a very friendly, helpful and personal support. Thank you very much!

Looked online to found a couple of store selling Colour Blindness Correction glasses. Pilestone is defiantly the best value.
I help my son with the online test to determine the type of glasses he needed. And ordered, they arrived in good time. But not really knowing what to expect or how it really works. He tried them for a few days but wasn't happy with them.
We did the tests again this time multiple times and results showed more towards a different Type. In contacting Pilestones, the service and responds was promising and professional.
They were happy to either take refunds or replacement. We choice to replace with the other type of glasses, and my son is all happy and they seem to work, as the reds and greens are more noticeable.

Been almost 4 months and I haven't received a glass. Not even a refund. I just got scammed.
