Avoid - it's not worth the risk. If you should happen to not like the glasses or they don't work for you, they will not honour their return policy.

I've been trying to return my glasses since the day the arrived through the method they state on their website - send an email and wait for a reply - no reply received despite sending chasers.

And Pilestone, please don't give me any of your "check your spam" rubbish - if a person sends you an email, your reply will never land in spam as the email chain was initiated from the senders mailbox and it knows a reply isn't going to be spam.

Since i like doing sports outdoors i ordered the model pilestone TP-028 sport edition. After several minutes of adjustment time from the eyes they work realy great! All colors seem way more vibrant and especially the many different shades of green/red in nature are way easier to distinguish and much more beautiful.
They also work well in a variety of activities like hiking, jogging, biking and also climbing.
Would recommend to anyone with a red-green weekness who likes to enjoy outdoors and nature even more.

My son is really struggling with his colour blindness. After ordering the lens d protan glasses he was wowed with the changes. It certainly made a difference to his confidence at school.

Ordered on the 29tt August it is the it is now the 8th September and still not received my order

Initially bought lense C and found they were not effective however my brother and my cousin both bought lense D. Having tried their glasses I ordered myself a replacement pair of lense D and returned the other pair. I received the refund within the week and found the customer service provided was exemplary. I can now see purple, anyone else who can't see purple, get these glasses. I've have since been to an art gallery, an aquarium and a garden centre.

Amazing customer service, I believe a lady Called Abbie helped me with my order and was very helpful, I received my glasses very quickly after order, they have changed my life, and I can now see in colour. Highly recommend. Thanks again I will be in touch shortly to purchase more!!!!!!

In my youth, I was very troubled by the fact that I had a problem with color vision. When glasses appeared on the market that solved this problem, I was skeptical. I tried PILESTONE glasses and saw colors like never before. Objects that seemed the same or similar to me before were suddenly clearly contrasting. The glasses help me see the world more the way a healthy person sees it.

Glasses were absolutely useless no change whatsoever
in fact redone the Pilestone test with them on and was worse . No UK contact number all done through E-Mails which no one returns any acknowledgement to where I have to get a returns label and the JRP Trading address at the back of the Jiffy bag On Google maps take you to a new build construction site.

Got these for my boyfriend as a surprise! He absolutely loves them, they work so well for him. Pilestone have been so helpful. Thank you

I have a mild Red-Green sight-weakness. The Type-A Lenses really work for me. Every colour is more vibrant and I can distinguish between the colours I have problems with very well.

I strongly recommend Pilestone to anyone who wants the real deal for small money.

Fast delivery, really pleased with the results.
Worn them for a a while before writing this review and I wouldn't be without them.
Purple is my new favourite colour, something I couldn't distinguish from blue.
The world is a lot more colourful now.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They won’t get back to me via email to return my items, there is no contact number, no return address, no return process, no return label, no one replying to emails or contact forms, no HASSLE FREE returns. I guess I’ll have to take it to court to get my money back.

Ich bin froh, dass auch ich hier meine Erfahrung teilen darf. Ich werde wohl in Zukunft Trustpilot zuerst konsultieren. Auch in D bestellt für die CH. Grosse Überraschung bei Empfang, über CHF 25.- an Zollgebühren. Paket kam aus UK nicht aus D. Disclaimer diesbezüglich auf der Page erwähnt "während Covid" - das war doch früher, das ist jetzt vorbei! Produkt ist wesentlich zu rotstichig, sie erwähnten, es würde dann schon weggehen. Denke aber es ist unbrauchbar und schickte es zurück. Dann beginnt der kleine Alptraum, der dann beginnt, wenn die Firmen ihr Geschäft nicht ernst nehmen. Kommunikation nur sehr sporadisch. Zuerst musste ich die Firma darauf hinweisen, dass ich die Ware zurückgeschickt habe. Dann haben sie sich auf eine falsche Trackingnummer bezogen und mir erzählt, sie können die Ware nicht annehmen, da 61 UK-Pfund fällig sei. Nach zwei Wochen habe sie dann herausgefunden, dass sie sich irgendwie geirrt habe. Sie würden mir die Rückerstattung gewähren. Die war dann für Euro 79.- also ohne die Versandkosten, welche ich auch bezahlt habe, ich hatte ja knapp 90 Euro bezahlt. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich Mastercard informiert, welche mir zu Schluss geschrieben haben, Pilestone hätte ja jetzt Euro 79 bezahlt, wegen dem Rest soll ich mit Pilestone direkt schauen. Dann mal Prosit! Gerne werde ich nochmals mit Pilestone "schauen". NEVER EVER AGAIN! Und viel gelernt. AMATEURE!

My new glasses arrived quickly, were well packaged and they look and feel like a high quality product. When I put them on it takes a few minutes for my eyes to adjust to the extra colour in the world but I'm really amazed at how much more I can see! Poppies in the field are now clearly visible and I never realised how many red cars there are on the road. Greens also seem much sharper and more vibrant. I'm not sure if I'm imagining it, but when I remove the glasses my eyes still seem to be picking up more colours too.

Lunettes cassées sur mon nez au bout de 4 heures sans que je les touche. La monture s est cassée. Pourtant, tout fonctionnait pour moi pendant ces 4 heures, j ai adoré. Aussi j ai du payer 46 euros de frais de douane, sans aucune mention. On me propose un remboursement si je retourne les lunettes en parfait état. J espère recevoir le remboursement des frais de douane et le remplacement de ces lunettes défectueuses. Impossible de joindre un vendeur ou service après vente pilestone.

A fantastic product. Looking through the glasses were like looking at a wholly new world - “eye-opening” indeed!

And, actually, even as a pair of sunglasses, they are comfortable and effective.
