Completely professional and friendly service throughout!

After reading the reviews here I decided to give Pipdig a try and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They moved my website from Blogger to WordPress with no downtime. The improved my SEO and the included theme was excellent. Phil is always ready to help at all times and always on point. I've already recommended Pipdig to other food bloggers. Pipdig is the best!

I was stuck with a not-so-intuitive theme for a few months and am so happy that I found pipdig! Their themes are perfect for blogs and are beautiful, modern, and easy to install and use.

Pipdig's customer support is efficient and helpful. A breath of fresh air! They are always there for you within 24 hours and do everything possible to help you with your website.

Thank you, pipdig!

I am just blown away by the service I've received from Pipdig. After I purchased the theme, I filled out the form to request installation and it was done within 24hours and I even got an email saying so. I had a question which was answered right away! I haven't even had the theme for two full days and I am so impressed <3 Keep it up, guys! You've definitely gained me as a loyal customer for sure!

Phil migrated my blog on Blogger over to WordPress in 2016 which was seamless with no problems. He answered the many questions I had and has since guided me/supported me. He's always available when I have either had questions in relation to my hosting (which isn't anything to do with the services he provides) or in need of WordPress support.

When I migrated it included a theme for WordPress. I have since bought another theme from Pipdig and also their own Shopr plugin. There are continual updates to my themes and the plugin which means everything runs smoothly, giving me no issue with my hosting provider.

I have (and continue to have) outstanding service from Pipdig. Their services are reasonably and competitively priced. Phil goes out of his way to provide amazing customer service.

Highly recommended if you're thinking of migrating from another blog platform or if you want a reputable theme for WordPress and Blogger.

I love Pipdig products and services thanks so much Phil for all you patience with my hosting, my site is running so much quicker

Great themes, plugins, and outstanding support! - I wish all companies would provide this level of quality with super friendly and helpful staff.

Outstanding service way beyond what I would have even expected. Very quick responses and always helpful. Pipdig can’t be faulted!

I have been purchasing pipdig templates for a few years now, and I love them! I recently ordered their service of migrating Blogger to Wordpress and it was the best decision I have made! Phil is so helpful and made the process run so smoothly! I am so thankful!

Phil is always absolutely brilliant. He answers every query efficiently and is the best trouble-shooter I know! He has "looked after" my blog website for some time now and I recommend him to absolutely everyone!

Sensational, highly skilled team! Outstanding, friendly, efficient service, they can't do enough to help you build your website. Their themes are modern, up to date, beautiful and most importantly easy to use.

If I knew that migrating my blog to Wordpress could be this simple, I would have done it years ago. Pipdig helped me achieve the blog design of my dreams in less than a week and without blowing my budget. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

Once again amazing help and product from pipdig. They last time helped install my theme for me which I loved and now a few years later I purchased the blogger to Wordpress service which comes with a free theme making it great value for money!

Phil was excellent and took care of absolutely everything - linking my new domain name, sorting my wordpress & making my blog look brilliant with the new theme!

Thanks so much again I really appreciate it and love my new blog update!

The team was great! Personalized service and fast installation and easy to customize theme. I love Crystal and my site looks very professional. Love the map widget!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from pipdig - especially from Phil! His response was super quick and efficient.

I highly recommend Pipdig for ALL of your website needs! Support is absolutely amazing - super responsive and helpful - and their templates are beautiful. I've purchased three different designs, and they were all worth every cent. If you're looking to elevate your blog or site game, you definitely need to check them out!

It's a been a long time since I've come across a company with such excellent customer service. Nothing is too much for Phil who offered to help me migrate my website to a new hosting provider after I experienced some issues with the current one. Phil was unbelievably helpful and managed the whole thing for me which was simply amazing. Everything went extremely smoothly and the communications from Phil were brilliant. I also use a Pipdig theme and am so pleased with the design which is so customisable and easy to use. Support is available when you need it (either via the documentation or the support tickets) and is also outstanding. Cannot recommend Phil and Pipdig enough!

Extremely helpful customer service. Phil went above and beyond to assist me with an issue. Communication was clear and concise, and all replies were prompt. I love the theme and cannot rate Pipdig highly enough. Thank you,

Phil was amazingly helpful! When we realised that our site was on WordPress. Com we thought that was it! Money lost! Instead Phil helped us so much and we are happy with the new site theme we got!

Beautiful designs, professional looking and including all the elements you might need as a blogger including gorgeous Instagram widgets and easily customisable designs (even if you are not at all techy like me!)

After numerous issues hosting with GoDaddy, including my blog becoming infected with Malware which wasn't picked up and hours on the live chat to resolve my blog crashing every few days, Pipdig came to rescue! Within a matter of hours, he had transferred me to Siteground, cleaned my website and resolved all my issues.

If you are a blogger, you simply have to use Pipdig. I wish I had years ago!
