My husband and I are hoping to move to the Island from Halifax.

My husband is disabled and he is in a wheelchair, which means everything is so much harder.

But we met Beth and she has taken us under her wing, and has done so much for us going over and beyond. We can't thank her enough. She has gone out of her way to help us find the perfect property

All of the staff have been brilliant including Steve, the mortgage advisor, who has helped make it possible.
Everyone has made everything so much easier. Everyones friendly and so helpful. We even got them to sell our granddad's property and they got way over the asking price.

Beth and the team are great I would not use anyone else to buy or sell a property thank you

As first time buyers we didn't know what to expect during the buying process, it's definitely been tough at times! The staff at the Ventnor branch have been helpful and done lots of chasing on our behalf. However Kieran White has been exceptional! He's gone above and beyond. All the team in the Sandown branch were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A very special mention must go to Kieran White, the Sales Progressor. Once the sale was agreed, he was the ONE person who kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Without his input I might honestly have given up. We had trouble with the conveyancers and Kieran liaised with them on my behalf when things got tricky. I honestly could not have done it without him. Many thanks to all the team and Kieran in particular.

Being 76 I am grateful to have a helpful group of younger people helping me and my wife with the whole process. Emma, Sean and Connor have all played a part from viewings to solicitors forms. Thank you we are really indebted to them

The letting team at pittis is friendly and professional when answer the phone and all the questions that we have to ask them…plus helping us to find what we believe is the right tenant for our home in sandown…over the next few months time will tell

friendly professional sales advisor who was unrushed. She provided additional material per email in connection with the property . She was punctual and polite and we appreciated that she could organise a viewing at short notice before we were leaving to go on holiday.

Selling my Dads house after his passing was always going to be emotional. The staff at Pittis were kind, respectful and worked hard to secure us a good price whilst ensuring the right buyers who my Mum and Dad would be pleased to see make their own home. Thanks to you all. Rebecca Cooper was involved in the original offer process when she worked in Ventnor and she carried on looking after us when she moved to Cowes. She has been vital and greatly appreciated in completion of our purchase, and she personally deserves all 5 stars. Our wider experience of Pittis was less impressive, sadly. An apparently easy transaction between very motivated buyer and seller became quite difficult until Rebecca picked it up and got it done. Well done!

Rebecca has been efficient, proactive and helpful during our sale and purchase. Despite multiple hiccups with staffing changes we have received reassurance and steady customer service from Rebecca, who has been at the end of the phone whenever we have needed to get hold of her. Rebecca is an asset to Pittis and we hope the business can recognise and reward her hard work on what has been a challenging journey for us.

It was our first time renting and unsure what to do. Imogen was always helpful ,kind and made the process easy. Will be using them again.

Neil, Coral and Jamie have been excellent during the sale and purchase phases of my business with them. What is a particularly stressful time has been smoothed by their assistance and support. Eight viewers before my property has been photographed and fully marketed. They have arranged viewings of properties I like very quickly. Steve, the mortgage advisor, has been very helpful too in showing me various financial models for the purchase of my new home. Fantastic service!

Please, please, if you are on the hunt for your dream family home, allow Pittis to help you. Even if you think you've got someone else that's great from elsewhere, just give them a go. If you want to know who to ask for, JAMIE G ALL THE WAY. He is nothing short of an exceptional asset to the team there. I have a very busy life with work and 2 small children and the poor man had to leave voicemails most times he called me but every time I called back or he did catch me he was courteous, friendly and truly couldn't be more helpful or understanding. As an anxious person this means the world. Right up until the end of my search Jamie was on the end of the phone and set up countless viewings for me, accomodating all my needs as sometimes the hours/days I needed weren't the most convenient, but he made it work. 10000000% recommend!!!

Pittis, and Connor Gregory in particular, have done an excellent job in sending us details of suitable property and also giving local information and advice. Connor quickly established the kind of property we were looking for and only sent us relevant details (unlike some other agents who have sent us details of completely unsuitable properties!) I would highly recommend Pittis!

Connor, has been amazing throughout the whole period of selling my home.
Connor has always been available to answer questions, has set time aside to explain the process and always kept us informed every step of the way.
Connor is brilliant at explaining, always cheerful, polite and always smartly dressed. He calls or emails when he says he is going to and if not available responds quickly.
When I go through the process again without any hesitation I would go straight to Pittis and have Emma and Connor look after me.
Emma came around to start and was again wonderful, explaining in detail spending as much time as it took for us to be clear. Emma, polite and happy to help.
