Took a very long time after making intital enquiries via both phone and email multiple times (of which we got no answer) to hear anything back and when we did it was just to be brushed off as though we weren't remotely important to them despite getting in very early on a new rental listing.

Have received far far better service from other agents in the local area even though none of them had anything for us it was still a good level of communication that we appreciated.

Just found it all to be very poor and as though we weren't worth dealing with for them like maybe we are scum to them or something? We will take our business elsewhere and be patient for the right thing to come up.

Really unimpressed from a seemingly so highly regarded company.

My husband and I chose to use Pittis in order to sell our previous house and the entire process turned out to be a disaster!
Pittis recommended JS Law and Mortgage Matters Direct to us in order to make the entire process easier and yet communication on all fronts was nearly impossible!
JS Law caused me to employ an independent solicitor in order to resolve all of the issues that they caused, including incurring a huge financial loss in the form of thousands and thousands of pounds!
I am absolutely appalled that Pittis recommended JS Law to us when they are not fit for purpose!
Whenever I attempted to contact Pittis and the people involved in selling our previous house in order to keep our buyers updated, I was never able to speak to the right person.
They never answered their phone, no matter how many times I attempted to contact them!
They never contacted me back, regardless of the fact that I left messages with other people and they assured me that my messages would be passed on.
I formally complained about the entire situation.
However, I never heard anything back regarding my complaint!
This only added to the fact that there was an appalling lack of communication on all fronts throughout the process.
It took us over ten months to sell our previous house after a period of appalling lack of communication, negligence and severe stress and even longer to resolve the remaining legal matters due to dealing with a company that Pittis recommended!
I will never use Pittis again!

Beth knows more than I do about what property I am looking for, and always goes above & beyond. Patient, kind understanding and a delight to talk to and she understands every dilemma and compromise when purchasing a home. When we do eventually settle on the island from the mainland, I will certainly miss out weekly catch ups. Trust me I am not the easiest of clients as I often change my mind! Thank you Beth 👍

I was recently in touch with Pittis on the Isle of Wight (Ryde branch) with a view to selling my flat there. I must say have no hesitation in recommending them as they did a great job and Lauren White was particularly helpful in that she was very professional, had a friendly approach to her work and her attention to detail was second-to-none.
