Updated to 4 stars because I was refunded fairly swiftly once they finally looked into it, but it shouldn't really have taken me so long to convince them that something had gone wrong given that I identified a major bug in their system. They didn't acknowledge this at all.

This feels oddly like gaslighting. I'm trying to point out a major bug in your website where you're effectively (perhaps unknowingly) stealing from people, and goodness knows how many times it may have already happened. It's not just a display issue as your response implies, the £100 gift voucher only registers as £75.12 ($100) on your website. I will email you a screenshot. SPEAK TO YOUR WEB DEVELOPER immediately and I would suggest you temporarily disable gift cards while you deal with the bug.

I bought a £100 gift card for a friend and received a $100 gift card. I tested it to be sure and it definitely only registers as $100 even though I was charged the full £100, meaning that Pixie Wing has effectively stolen about £20 through the conversion error. I wrote to them through PayPal and they have not responded despite several reminders. Luckily, as I went through PayPal and my credit card, I am protected, but Pixie Wing's lack of response is really disappointing. Especially given that I have a lovely necklace from them myself and thought I'd share the experience.

I ordered 2, one for my son and one for his fiancee. They are beautiful and just as described. They arrived quickly in a very nice bag and gift box.

I was a little skeptic because of all the instagram adds but it also was a perfect solutions to stop loosing my rings if it was real, an it is so much better than I thought! The necklace is so beautiful and it’s so easy to use! I can’t wear my rings at work or when I do pottery and when they are on the necklace I don’t even notice! It’s so perfect!!

I had been planning to buy a Pixie Wing necklace for quite some time but was hesitant due to the price. I finally took the leap and purchased one, and when it arrived it was beautifully packaged. The necklace itself was lovely – even better than I had hoped. The chain feels strong and high quality, and it looks great with my ring.

I did notice a couple of blemishes on the pendant, so I contacted customer service. They replied almost immediately and straight away arranged a replacement, which was incredibly reassuring. It was possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Overall, it was definitely worth the price and is perfect for keeping my rings safe.

I was impressed with Rog's swift email replies and excellent service. The "no questions asked" approach to warranty replacement is impressive to see, as many other companies will commonly look for any loophole to not warrant a product. I feel this helps to solidify my faith in the product and company when they are seen to back their product so well. Even after needing to submit a warranty claim, I still feel I will be back again in future to purchase other fantastic products they have to offer.

The ringkeeper is fabulous! I've been wearing and using it for a few months now, and I don't know how I managed without it. As a professional embroiderer, I have to slip my engagement ring off occasionally to prevent it snagging the work. I also take custody of my husband's wedding ring when he does BJJ: he comes home battered and bruised, but at least his ring is safe!

Amazing customer service.
I was going through a hard week (the week of Valentine’s Day) and I was due to receive the pixie wing tear drop necklace for my wife on the 12th. Unfortunately, living in Oakland, a thief decided to help themselves to it. I was empty handed for v-day: I was devastated. I emailed customer service begging for assistance in the matter and they resent a new order!!!!! It came a few days later and my wife loves it (it matches her rose gold wedding ring) you guys made my day and thank you Lesley for consistent and immediate responses. God bless

The product is great and really we made. I ordered the longer chain and really liked it. My ring is 10.5 size and fits on the women's necklace.

My fiance does CrossFit and had a necklace she had to remove to put her ring on before class and remove again to take her ring off after class. She was very excited with how easy it was to attach and remove. This Valentine's Day was definitely a success!

I purchased the 18K gold-plated Nordika pixie wing ring keeper necklace. This product was a necessity for work, and I loved the convenience. However, the plating has worn off in under 1 year. I broke out in a huge rash on the chest and neck. I have emailed the company regarding their 2-year warranty- to see about replating or replacing. They responded about my necklace being made from silver not steal, so I had an older version of the necklace. They are sending a replacement with the stainless steel and plated gold. I do hope this lasts with out the gold wearing off so quickly. As I enjoy the look and convenience for removing my ring each day for work but keeping it close. Unfortunately during the 2 weeks I could not wear the necklace, I removed my engagement ring and have now lost that. So perhaps one day I will use the necklace again if I can replace my ring.

My experience with customer support (Rog) was prompt and smooth. My ring keeper broke and I emailed them one morning. A few email exchanges and my new one is ready for shipping by the next morning.
