Hi Roanea,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your order was placed on September 5, but payment was not received until September 20. This delay caused a technical glitch that prevented the order from appearing in our processing system. Once you contacted us, we promptly issued a full refund as requested. Had we been notified sooner, we would have gladly resolved the issue by shipping your order or processing a refund. We regret the frustration this caused and appreciate your understanding.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We want to clarify that the BOGO promotion on your order was applied correctly, including the free promotional items added to the order at no cost. Refunds can only be issued for products that were purchased, not free promotional items.

Although your order did not qualify for a full refund under our policy, we still offered a $20 store credit as a courtesy to help resolve the issue. We never intend to mislead our customers and always do our best to provide fair support and clear communication.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry again that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the standards you were used to from us. To answer your question, Plain Jane has not changed ownership. However, during our 4/20 promotion, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than usual, which unfortunately caused longer processing and shipping times for some customers.

We also apologize if the packaging did not meet your expectations. Customer feedback like yours is extremely important to us, and we are actively working to improve both our shipping process and presentation moving forward.

We truly appreciate your longtime support and are sorry that this order left you disappointed. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Transparency is very important to us.

All Plain Jane hemp flower is third-party lab tested, and current COAs are available on our site for customer review. At this time, our flower is tested for cannabinoid potency and regulatory compliance. A full panel safety test is currently pending, and updated COAs will be posted as soon as those results are finalized.

We always encourage customers to review COAs and contact our support team with any questions about specific batches.
