We offer the best CBD flower and other products at the best prices. We have a large selection and consistent high quality. We search far and wide to find the best hemp flower farms in the US. We're located in the hemp capital of the US in Southern Oregon. We negotiate large purchases to get you the best price. For the same quality, you will always get the best price with Plain Jane. Instead of spending our money on fancy marketing, we pass the saving directly to you. Hemp CBD flower should not be a luxury good. It should be affordable and accessible. Two items were wrong
Two items were wrong. This is the third time I've been sent the wrong thing and I didn't complain the first two times but this makes twice in less than a year so I'm seeing what looks like a growing issue.

Every Order i have made, 3 in total the product was dry and even boost pack could not bring them back. I wrote customer support and i got more help from the trash can i threw their product in. Won't be buying nothing here again.
Well as expected Plain Jane has yet to email me as they clearly stated. As of Sept 15th 2025. Thank You for Justifying your 1 star rating Plain Jane. Worst Customer service in the business and yet another reason me and my followers will find business elsewhere. You didn't just lost one customer but Hundreds. And hopefully by your disregaurd for your follow up like YOU mentioned the people seeing this will know how bad your Customer service really is. Would say Goodbye But, Goodbye's are only temporary, i will say Farewell as my departure is Now permanent. Farewell and i hope Karma serves you well.
My email folder show No response from anyone from Plain Jane! Sept 15th 2025 No response found. 0 Stars if i could !!! Only response is the one given here Sept 4th 2025. And no i will Not contact you as you have already been given Multiple opportunities to make this right. 0 STARS

I usually buy CBD full spectrum gel caps, and the sleep CBD gel caps. I use them for arthritis discomfort. I find taking them daily (one morning, one night) gives lasting relief and improves sleep. Very happy with both products. I also buy CBD vape (no THC) for fast relief if needed. I find CBD vape easy to use with no THC effects.
