Good purchase
My husband has incurable cancer. The flower helps him manage his pain, upset stomach and get better sleep. For me it helps with my Parkinson's. We are pleased with our purchase.

I was delighted w the whole experience
I was delighted w the whole experience. From ordering w ease to having ?’s answered to receiving the product in a fair amt. of time (from OR to AL). The deal was the very best part-an oz. for $50!! What? I was like hell yes. The ONLY neg. for me was that it leans, way toward the Sativa side of the hybrid. And although the buzz is good, it is NOT the same as an Indica high. Not at all. So everything but no choice when buying that deal was SUPERB. I love the co. name btw.

Hi Tracey,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that your ordering experience was smooth and that you found great value in the deal. We appreciate your honesty about the Sativa-leaning effects — every strain can have its own unique profile, and we understand how important it is to find the right fit. Thanks also for the love on our company name! We look forward to serving you again and helping you find that perfect strain next time.

Hi TJ,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience must be and sincerely apologize for the confusion with your delivery. When USPS marks a package as delivered to a “parcel locker,” it typically means they’ve placed it in a secure compartment near community mailboxes—however, this doesn’t always apply correctly for residential homes.
Please contact our support team at hi@plainjane.com with your order number so we can work with USPS to locate your package or issue a resolution. We’re here to make this right for you.
