I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from Plamex
The customer service was exceptional, both before and after my purchase. I received quick and precise answers to all my questions, especially regarding delivery, which really gave me confidence.
The shipping was fast and perfectly secure. The tracking was clear and reliable from start to finish.
As for the bag, the craftsmanship is impeccable and the authenticity of the product is undeniable. It matches the description and photos perfectly.
I also received a Plamex dustbag to protect the bag, a very thoughtful touch that shows the care they put into the customer experience.

They answered all the questions regarding the item I was intrested in very quickly. Very professional and also the parcel was delivered right away! Great customer service and fast delivery
Very fast delivery, my item arrived safely within 2 days. I love my bag! I also appreciate the quick replies and friendly customer service. Plamen replied to my questions about Chanel in general too, not just regarding the product I ordered, showing good knowledge of vintage curation. This was my 3rd time ordering from Plamexs and I think wouldn't be the last.
