Amazing custmer service
I had a great experience shopping with Plamexs. I have placed two orders so far. I kept one item and returned the other. The return process was smooth and fast, with great communication from the team. I am really enjoying the bag I kept. The price is also very good. I bought a Chanel beige flap bag for a very good price. It had some flaws but nothing that bothers me and everything was shown in pictures, it even looked better in real :) I am super happy with my purchase and the support was incredible good - very very friendly customer service and answered right away the questions before purchasing

Hele goede service!
Met de Black Friday-actie heb ik een Louis Vuitton Sac Shopping en een Chanel Classic Full Flap Bag gekocht. De service was echt top. Tijdens mijn bestelling had ik per ongeluk een typo gemaakt in mijn e-mailadres, waardoor ik geen bevestiging ontving. Via de customer service werd ik supersnel en vriendelijk geholpen, en kreeg ik direct de DHL-link om mijn bestelling te volgen.
Binnen 48 uur had ik de tassen in huis, van Bulgarije naar Nederland! En ze zijn allebei prachtig. De staat werd als ‘goed’ omschreven op de website, maar ze zien er zelfs nog beter uit dan verwacht.
Ik zou hier absoluut weer een tas kopen!

Very good experience with Plamexs
Very good experience with Plamexs, customer service was very reactive when I had questions before the order was made and. They sent the watch very fast, but as I am out of the EU, I had to wait more because of the customs; however, Plamexs was again ready to help me to send additional documents to DHL. Got the watch now and I'm very satisfied :)

Great experience. Choose the perfect bag, delivery to The Netherlands within 2 business days, everything was perfectly arranged. The bag was exquisiet, conditioned and neatly wrapped. Extra dustbag on the side. Overall a perfect way to you new pre-loved bag!

5* Shop w/ fair prices and honest condition descriptions
