Our standard delivery times to the US are 5-10 business days. I can see your order was delivered on 6th May within the shipping window however we appreciate you might have liked it sooner.

My package wasn’t delivered by USPS

My package wasn’t delivered by USPS. USPS never uses of package lockers with key at the mailboxes instead puts package supposedly in a large cage. I can’t locate the package anywhere. USPS deliveries aren’t recommended.

The door handle bar is gorgeous but the


The door handle bar is gorgeous but the screws supplied were far too small for the size handle so we had to buy additional screws. For the cost I would expect the right screws / fittings to be supplied with the product

We supply industry standard M4 25mm screws with our handles, however do have longer screw options available if you need them for future orders. Feel free to drop us a message if you have any screw queries in the future.

We got off to a rough start on a project. While I was not super satisfied with the initial staff, Margot was super helpful and gave me a genuine feeling of care and appreciation for business. It takes a lot of corporate integrity to make things right and I appreciate that.

So sorry to hear you weren't happy with our service provided while your order was held up in customs.

While it is out of our control when a parcel is being held up, we aim to do everything we can to assist with the release of an order. As discussed, we escalated the issue with DHL and provided yourself and DHL with any relevant documentation needed for this. I can see your order arrived within the shipping window of 7 business days, however I appreciate you would have liked it sooner.
