We would like to clarify that we are an international company and do not intentionally misrepresent our products or business location. Due to lighting, screen settings, and metal finishing variations, colors may appear different in person than online, though we understand the difference was greater than you expected.

Our team has continued communicating with you and trying to offer a resolution throughout the process. While we respect your opinion, we do feel it is unfair to describe our company as a scam, as your order was produced and delivered successfully.
