When my terrarium arrived with the outer glass shattered, I was heartbroken. But I contacted Plant Pico and immediately was responded to by a service rep named Jennifer who submitted a replacement request. Outstanding customer service!

This plant arrived just as described and is just breathtaking. Can’t wait for the second one to arrive now. I wish I could at a picture to share.

The delivery was quick. The product was absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. Absolutely love it. Best birthday gift ideas ever. And I plan to order more. For me and for Christmas gifts. The pictures does not give justice to the product. I absolutely fell in love with it.

Received my terrarium in about 3 weeks. It came wrapped really well and has made a beautiful addition to my desk. So far I love it!

when I opened the box and unpacked every thing it looked just as expected. I added water and set up the light and now I'm just waiting for a little fish to finish it off!

We received our Zen garden yesterday. It was packaged very well, and we removed the packaging very carefuly so we didn't damage anything. After aßembling the light/ base, we placed the Zen garden unden the light. Placed the bridge and the figure inside. Couldn't be happier!!

Bought this terrarium for my daughter’s birthday. She LOVED it! The landscape is so tranquil and is truly beautiful. I would definitely by it again.

I initially placed the order for a terrarium in early Dec 2024 with the promise it would be received prior to the holidays. It finally arrived in mid Jan, but with a missing plant and half dead grass. I have been in contact with them over the last 9 months requesting the missing plant. I was told multiple times that the issue was being looked into and would be resolved shortly. Followed by me waiting for either a reply or shipment - in every instance nothing happened. Today I received a message from the company stating that they can no longer address the issue as I am out of the return window? This company is an absolute scam.

Canceled plans to stay home and stare at my new ZenFlow. My partner was annoyed until they saw it, then they joined me. We just... sat there. In silence. It was perfect. We might be boring now but we're HAPPY

I was skeptical at first since it took about a month to come. I read reviews and was not expecting it. However, plant pico delivered my tree of wisdom and i must say, it is awesome! Will order again. Patience is key, they are a small team from what I learned speaking to support thus the longer ship time.

But overall 5/5.

This is a great product. My wife has many plants, but this terrarium is now her favorite. The item arrived packed very well. Easy to unpack. Set and looks great.
