I really liked the products—they were nice and arrived as expected. However, I wasn’t very happy with the packaging. A few tiny items were packed in a huge box with a lot of extra paper inside. It felt unnecessarily wasteful and excessive. I’d appreciate more appropriately sized and environmentally friendly packaging.

Thank you for your order and review Oksana :)
We understand your concern. Some of our larger products do not fit well into the standard box sizes available, so we are currently developing custom-made boxes for them. In the meantime, we need to use a larger standard boxes to protect the complete order during transport.
All the protective paper we use is recycled and recyclable, but we agree that more appropriately sized packaging would be better.
We take your feedback, and note that we are working on it.
Happy planting!

Great support and products
There has been one article missing in my delivery but with the support we agreed that I get it with my next order. This worked 👍 and I also got a gift from the support.
The shelves, pots and mosspoles are great, I have nothing to complain.
Thank you team PlantScraper :)

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service! Preparing my order took a little longer due to the summer period, which is entirely understandable. I even received a polite email to let me know about the slight delay, which was very thoughtful.
I am also very pleased with the products, especially the moss pole mix, which is hard to find elsewhere and comes in neat packaging. I will definitely be ordering again!
