Awesome packaging, everything arrived in good condition and they included even some gifts!

The product quality is very good, especially the compost, which is amazing and better than many others on the market, and the customer care is the best.

The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I bought three 24 cm anchor systems, but they are simply too big. They recommend buying the XL size directly for a young Monstera, but I think it’s way too much, especially considering that the roots will eventually grow into the moss as well. They really don’t need such a huge pot.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t return them because I received the box the day before going on holiday, and their return policy is only 14 days.

I ended up using just the extra poles I bought in a smaller pot I already had, and I think I’ll be good for years with that setup. So, I’m not sure whether I’ll ever use the systems I bought or if I’ve simply wasted the money.

Very worthy and quality. Some really good products to help your plants living their best life.
Very quick delivery. I worked with their products as a pro and also in private and I’m always happy to use them and test their new products.

The first parcel got lost on the way. It was observed and pro-actively managed by PlantScraper before I even discovered it in my tracking. This is how I expect customer care to work.

Very good quality for a great price. Nice website. Overall a good vibe

Excellent experience, the products are really well made and they were very kind in allowing me to add items even after I had placed the order, plus they were very helpful in helping me track the order after it had been entrusted to the shipping company.

Tutto perfetto imballaggio e tempi di consegna, articoli di qualità.
ECCELLENTE

Meine Empfehlung:: Finger weg.

Really good quality. Clean and high quality craftsmanship! Mega

I love the products. From the fertilizers, to the moss poles and the aroid pots. Delivery is always fast, and without issues. Quality is top. I wish things were a bit cheaper, but who wouldn't lol

Großartige Qualität. Bisher noch nie etwas kaputt gewesen. Alles komplett wundervoll und vollständig :)

I had great support ftom the owner to get the orde in. I lade a mistake in te order and also that was resolved correctly. Once all was ok, the shipment was quickly. The products are amazing!

I like the products a lot, great quality e the service they provide is just great. I add a problem with un item that was delivered in the wrong size but they were very professional and resolved the problem quickly, so in few days I got my XL dripper at home. Thanks again Martì!

My monsteras are like monsters!!!!

Excellent service, fast delivery. When a problem arose, they immediately and kindly helped.
