Excellent Product!! Easy to use!

Using PlanUp has been a fantastic experience from day one. The support from Stephen, Tom and the team is outstanding. They’re always quick to answer the phone and have often gone above and beyond to help us. One moment that really stood out was when one of our agents made a mistake on a floor plan that couldn’t be fixed. Tom manually rebuilt the entire plan within 10 minutes, completely free of charge. You don’t get that kind of service often.

The app itself is reliable, and easy to use. As an agency with several providers, being able to log in and view any of their plans at any time is a huge benefit. It means we can make quick changes remotely without delays or needing to go back to the original provider.

We highly recommend PlanUp, both the product and the people behind it.

As an EPC assessor i was getting criticised by the auditors about the quality of my floor plans, etc. From the moment i first contacted the sales team, i was already considering the purchase, but was hesitant as to how it would help my business. Now ive got it, i had the usual teething problems, which i am now sailing through it, i produce a good quality report every time, and when i have needed to contact technical support they have been brilliant. Well done and a good honest company

The app is so useful for my work and easy to use, I couldn’t work without it now, iv tried a few similar app but none compare 10/10

Aside the actual product - it's the customer service - absolutely above and beyond throughout the whole process of learning: when you get stuck, they're there, reactive, proactive, helpful and patient. As a 'newbie' to transferring sketches to commercially acceptable plans for my clients PlanUp have made this transition extremely manageable. Couldn't rate them any higher and thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Top marks to PlanUp's tech support team. I lost a plan I had spent ages working on, however a very kind and helpful tech support person on the phone managed to retrieve it for me. Brilliant!

Very useful tool, sometimes I have issues as I get stuck with some mesures.
For EPC few more addition can be made and few improvments (vents, Fans, Air Con, a better way for slope roofs and velux etc)

Quick to reply and deal with my query, been a user for years and all ways had good service.

I have used Plan Up for over 10 years now and I can confidently recommend their services to anyone. They have always been at the end of the phone to help with any issues I might have plus they are small enough to take and act on feedback to improve the service.

Everything is easy to use when you get used to it. However I have had problems where I can't extend a room if I have edited the wall, e.g putting a angle on a wall prevents me from extending the room.

Fantastic software, easy to use and looks great.
Brilliant support from the Plan Up team as and when required. On occasion we come across difficult plans and the team are always on hand to help.

Really good piece of software, just the odd issue with crashing especially through windows and desktop.
Slightly frustrating when adding walls and they have to run from the end of another wall but with some tweaking you do end up with the result you want.

I have had issues with one articular plan in that it got to a certain point and would not complete any rooms
