Visited the Cramlington branch today 16th September 2025.
The manager D J gave us product advice and talked us through the kit we needed to fix our gutter problems. What a star!! 10/10 for customer service. Please give him a pat on the back he absolutely deserves it. What a great guy.

I had the most horrific experience in the Gloucester branch, I had the previous day spent almost £900 for plastic guttering and fittings.
I had been dealing with Simon over the phone, Simon was extremely helpful and because of his enthusiasm and skill I decided to give him my business, he was not the cheapest however he could deliver promptly.
This was a rush order and I miss a couple of things off but also needed to return a few bits.
I was confronted with a horrible rude manager who was only interested in cashing up, I was charged 20% restocking and 3 clips which I wanted replaced as they were faulty however the manager threw the clips in the bin, when I questioned the replacements or the refund… I was told they left here in perfect condition “you must have broken them” therefore no refund, I took the faulty clips away.
It was a horrible experience, I was refused access to a more senior manager or to the M D on the basis that as the branch manager she Jacky O’Shea knows best.
People skills are clearly not a requirement in this branch.

We haven’t received our product and we’ve not heard from plastic centre we paid £12 for delivery but it’s not arrived and we haven’t had a update
After writing my review the company contacted me apologised and chased my item and resent it I have now received 2 items which both arrived on the same day The assistant sorted the problem and I am happy with the result and service i received

My order was messed up by the courier.
I called the supplier and had excellent customer support from Lilly ,she called the courier , then updated me , reordered the items lost by the courier.
The order was delivered the next day as promised

The website for this company is both misleading and deceitful. The home page clearly states that delivery was free if over £150 however on checking out the £30 delivery charge was to be added. My order was well over the stated free delivery amount so I asked for clarification to be informed that if the delivery charge was applicable for anywhere in Scotland, this was no where to be seen on the website until checkout!. So as a Scottish citizen I am being penalised for not being English. This Manchester based company will deliver to anywhere in England which in many cases is further than Glasgow to Manchester so I rest my case. Order lost!
