Still waiting for order

Still waiting for order, been delayed three times now. Not so much your company but the delivery you use . I now changed review as The company emailed me.

David , I m sorry you didnt call me and I could have deal with Fedex from my side . I had no contact from you regarding this so I didnt know what was going on . I can see it is out for delivery today so I hope everything will be alright . I also tried to call you this morning but no reply . It would have been better and faster to contact us instead of a bad review for the company here :)

The parcel arrived in good time but


The parcel arrived in good time but showed damage on one corner. I opened the corner to find a gouge about 2 inches long in the top panel. I have not investigated further as it is a large parcel with 12 panels and I have not got the room to spread them out.If any others are damaged I will let you know.ken l have photos.

We replace everything what is damaged during the transport if the customer can t use it, Ken . I had no call or email regarding this until I saw your feedback here . After we managed to speak I had no call from you back so I hope everything is ok now

I have used the Plastic center for all my bathroom refurbishments, Delivery as promised on time.
Very helpful when changes were required.

Very impressed so far

What an incredible first impression, ordered a wrong sized item to go with panels & within 20 minutes of ordering received a call to ask if we’d made an error & was instantly rectified - deliver was super fast & the panels are easy to work with - incredible transformation already

Ignoring a valid complaint AVOID THIS COMPANY

My initial complaint was finally answered and I have since been ignored after many attempts to make contact with them. Items arrived cut/finished to a completely unacceptable standard! I would avoid using these guys.

Quick delivery and items as ordered. Only gripe is that there was no indication of delivery timescales when I placed the order, so didn’t know if they would arrive in days ( which they did) or whether I would have to wait weeks
