Plumbing pipe Advertised as anthracite grey and it was not, it was just light grey.. & sent 38m when ordered 40 m..

Rachel, this is a false statement . We manufacture ONLY grey pipes , is NOT advertised as anthracyte grey on the website and the pipes are standard . Your refund was issued 2 days ago and it takes 5 working days for the money to be back in your account . With a 4.6 score on Trustpilot I think we are trustable not avoidable . It is a shame that you leave false feedback when we work hard to be the best .

Great Customer Service

Received the product very fast, but damaged, maybe in transit, but wasn't well enough packed to take any knocks. I contacted support and they arranged replacement immediately , which was better packed and rec'd 2 days later - excellent service.

Brilliant Customer Service

Recently made a purchase from the Wolverhampton branch, Vivek went out of his way to help with everything I needed a real ambassador for the company, explained everything about a range of products, kept me informed via WhatsApp of any offers, customer service at it’s finest.
