The selection of games.

It was easy to earn the money but getting them to actually cash out hah been extremely difficult. It has taken now 14 days and I still haven't received thr 15 dollars I earned to begin with.

I read reviews got mad sent a bad bad message to Mobius..I wanna apologize I have received every penny I played for..There a true to there word platform. It may take a minute but they keep there word..I apologize for jumping the gun on the mobius team..I have and will cont to recommend mobius to friends and family..

i am on my 4th cashout now on Mobius. I AM FED UP WITH THE CONSTANT LIES. THEY GIVE YOU A DATE THAT YOUR CASH OUT IS GOING TO BE PAID. ONCE THE TIME AND DATE THEY GIVE FOR YOU TO BE PAID ARRIVES , THEY DONT PAY IT WILL THEN SAY WAITING FOR APPROVAL . IM ON MY $75 withdraw and I HAVE BEEN GIVED THE SAME SITUATION EVERY TIME. I WAIT 5 DAYS FOR THE TIMER TO TICK DOWN TO 0 JUST TO WAIT EVEN LONGER AND WITH NO TIME FRAME NOW AND WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE MOBIUS TEAM EXCEPT THE AUTIMATIC REPLY YOU GET FROM A DAMN BOT NOTHING FROM A REAL TEAM MEMBER. Worst site ever! They are in no rush to pay you. You can wait months to get paid. Especially when the amount increases. The higher the amount the longer it takes to get paid. If even at all. And support is non existent! Go somewhere, anywhere else!

I have really enjoyed the Mobius app and the variety of games etc. The ONLY issue I've had is with my cashouts. I've not received my cashouts on the date stated, (support helped resolve the first one and immediately I received my reward but this time I'm having the same issue and it's hard to contact support or get anyone to contact me. If this can be fixed with the cashouts, I'd give it 5 stars ✨

The only thing I dont really like is how long the payments take other then that j really like this app

Well I would put 0 stars if I could, because I have been waiting weeks after my original countdown window ended for my 35$ cash out, and still no word or update from anyone! Starting to think the first 10$ cash out was just a scam to keep you playing! Do not recommend wasting your time with this one! If anything changes soon, and I mean really soon, then I will change my review!

I would give it 0 stars. Dont touch is a scam. It pays out on a small amount and then blocked uou once qualify for larger amounts. Then will block you from using the digital card for smaller amount. And forget getting customer service.
I have reached out several times when finally get past the bot to open a ticket. Still no response from a week ago but they respond to the bad review 🤣

I am so frustrated with this app and pay out! I have been trying for days to do the id verification and it kept saying attempts failed went to try again and now my account is blocked and temporarily suspended for suspicious activity!!!! I enjoyed playing the games and was really happy until it was time to cash out!!!! I have $80 to cash out now this!!!

Customer service responded to my email and the issue is fixed with the block HOWEVER if I fail the verification process a 2nd time the block can't be lifted??? I'm confused 🤔 So if I take my chances and it fails I loose my winnings??? I have been playing on line apps for a couple of years now and I have never had this problem...

I wouldn't even give this app 1 star but zero wasn't an option this app is horrible their customer service is horrible I would never recommend this app to anyone waste of time......

It's a ok app

Beware. I started this app first time and made in game purchases to earn money and when I tried cashing out for first time they flagged my account and suspended. I put in ticket and they responded they cant fix it because I'm either not in usa, which i am, or I'm under 18 which I'm not and I may be a bot, which clearly I'm not. I emailed the email they keep leaving for people to email in these reviews but they're not responding. Not sure why people believe in karma and God yet wake up everyday scamming.

Well for starters they have a couple really cool games that gets your attention and keep it and i want to believe that they have good intentions for theost part. They pay well only problems I can find are the have very poor customer service. They take way way to long to pay people but they do pay eventually.

So an update to this I added another star because Mobius at least does pay it took probably a week after I wrote that so probably over a month but I did get my pay out and they said I like the site they just got to get better on getting her payouts he did they did apologize and say they're a small team again I just got to maybe hire more people but you do get paid just takes a while. So I really liked Mobius app but my first $10 cash out took a little while to be approved and they said because they're small team it sometimes takes while apologize so I gave him the benefit of the doubt until I got to my $25 cash out which I've been waiting for over a month on now versus he had to wait 5 days to go through that was over like the beginning of April and March, they really need to do better I mean I like the app but I'm not going I haven't played on it for like a month because of this.

You get fast rewards support team always helps when theres problem u get a good amount of money

I started with this game reward app less than 6 months ago. Within 3 days I had earned my 1st payout of 15$ Verified myself and submitted my ID. Pending time started at about 3 days.(Ist time winning & w/d. It didn't release when timer ran out so I reached out to Customer service. It issued a trouble ticket...and THAT took 2 extra days to release it. So I took a break from playing just for a few weeks. Finally after a week of waiting....I got it. (Tremendous via Venmo).
Found some other games in the app and earned another payout.Had to verify Me & ID again. Submitted this on the 9th April 2026.
And of all the Game Play Reward Apps out here, the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN🤯
I give up. It's NOT worth all that time playing a few times a day, when you CAN'T GET PAID😳
...reading others reviews and realizing I'm not alone. So the average time to cashout is approx 2 weeks to a month. Ok. I saw that Mobius is listed as a business and country given is Israel. 😳 Good-ness....They are probably unable to actually log on to help with General Tickets. Not gonna stress...and just hope the best for Mobius Team👍
