For anyone reading this let me give you context to this untruthful review. So 3-4 days after the customer receiving the shoes which were successfully delivered to his address and no mention of "a problem with delivery" he asked me for a refund. His reason was "I was looking at my phone and my face ID checked out on apple pay automatically". Now what I believe is that he bought to resell them, realised he couldn't after receiving and then threw his toys out of the pram when I said I wouldn't refund. Trustpilot needs to support sellers more for being able to provide evidence against false reviews like this!

This is completely false we are not “scammers”, What you are actually referring to is a pair of shoes which was sold with a crumbling midsole which was pictured and mentioned. For the shoes to be wearable again they needed to be sole swapped.
