Plumber Greaves レビュー

Lucy did a superb job resolving multiple issues with my toilet as well as sorting a loose faucet and bathtub/shower problems. Nothing was too much to ask. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to me. Their approach was calm, kind, professional and very thorough. Everything was left clean and tidy after. An excellent plumber with good rates. I will definitely be using Lucy in the future and highly recommend.

Lucy did an excellent job of fixing a toilet and fitting a shower door and fixings. Really neat work and great communication explaining everything in a straightforward, non judgemental way. Very competitively priced too! Totally thrilled with my shower and will definitely be using them again. 100% recommend.

Exactly what I needed - easy communication, punctual, honest and effective! Gave helpful advice on my radiators and got them working again.

They were clear, calm and personable.

Lucy did an excellent job in our W/C, replacing our toilet and basin with a 2-in-1 unit, and improving the room by replacing tiles and skirting. Perfect renovation and we are really pleased - we highly recommend Lucy's handiwork.

Lucy was amazing! They established where the leak was coming in my upstairs bathroom promptly and fitted a new shower. Would definitely use Lucy again.

Lucy removed/ replaced a radiator for us, drained the system and installed a drainage pipe. She was great at explaining things so I understood and pricing clear / fair / good value. She was very easy to have in the house, chilled, tidy, polite respectful and did a brilliant job so I in my view very trustworthy. Travelling on bike is an eco plus, so I couldn’t recommend her enough (and already have to a few friends!) would have her back in a heartbeat (but let’s hope that’s not necessary for some time).

Lucy is our go-to plumber. We fully gutted our kitchen and had new taps, sink and pipework installed. This involved digging chasing into the walls for the pipes to go in. The work was immaculate, and Lucy fully tidied up after digging the chasing (which was quite messy). We also had outdoor taps installed and the attention to detail on these was excellent. Lucy explained everything very clearly and the pricing was clear. I would definitely recommend Lucy for any plumbing jobs :)

Lucy was great! Arrived on bike, on time and then fixed a really awkward problem with no faff involved. Couldn't be happier and will be in touch with every time we need help with the plumbing.
