I ordered the part I needed and was told it would not arrive for several months. I tried to cancel the order but was told I couldn't until it was processed. I made arrangements for a part thru Ferguson which is about a 5 day turn around, to keep my project on schedule. Would you believe it if I told you that a few days later the part that I was told would take months to arrive, came to me. I called and told them what happened and asked to return it. I didn't even open the box. They put me through such a rig-a-ma-roll. Take pictures of this and copy that, and when send the photos, you will get an approval (I had to call it took so long). I kept checking on the process, and it was under review. Then you have to email the shipping # to them. Needless to say, it is NOT worth the savings to order from Plumbing Overstock. It was very frustrating.

I ordered the bathtub, and I checked their tracking on a daily basis. It says it's being processed, so after two weeks, I gave a call to inquire about the shipment status only to be informed that the model I had ordered has been discontinued. Its almost 2 months have now passed, and unfortunately, my refund of $1700 remains unpaid. I sent an email and made a call, yet I received no reply. I called and it looks like they tagged my number as no one answers my call anymore. Please do not order big items from this company!!!. Its so obvious they are using my money. Refund should only take no more than 7 days.

Is there a way to give zero stars? This company stole $431.10 from us three months ago. We ordered two parts for a bathroom reno, they charged us, and never sent them. We have contacted multiple times, only to get an automated response. Steer clear of these thieves!

An order I returned was received by them on August 4, 2026. It is now October 6, 2026 and no refund or account credit was issued. They owe me over $1,500, with no resolution in sight. The communication is appalling as well.

DO NOT order from Plumbers Overstock!! I ordered a bathroom hook from them back on August 11, 2026. They debited my credit card on August 12. After ONE MONTH of not receiving the hook I told them I wanted to cancel the order. It took 3 more calls and I still do not have my money back. They said they did cancel my order after the last call but it would take 7-10 business days to receive my credit card refund. What? Seems like a Ponzi scheme to me.

By the way, I ordered the same hook from another vendor and received the hook in 2 weeks.

I love! Saved me! After buying my home, the renovation process was time consuming, especially while trying to be cost effective. I absolutely love it and feel happy and comfortable with the choices thanks to Luis. I’m grateful for the attention to detail and to me as a customer, truly made something stressful a lot less! I ordered two faucets, a hot/cold dispenser and not water heating element from Newport Brass - a very common item. The order was placed April 22 and the heating element shipped immediately.
As of 9/11/26 I have requested a cancellation of my order 5 times because they have no ship date. They have ignored my request.
I also requested a return of the heating element because I can no longer use for the faucets that have not arrived. They are also refusing to take this back for a refund.
I would never recommend that anyone order from this company.

I placed an order for a sink that was "in stock", after not getting an update for a week I reached out, found out it was back ordered for 3-4 weeks. I requested to cancel and a week later they said it was confirmed they cancelled with the supplier and it would be 7-10 business days to get a refund. It has now been 15+ days, no updates other than stock responses. Avoid this business at all costs, the reviews don't lie.

If there were zero stars, that would be my input. Regrettably, I ordered from Plumbing Overstock ahead of checking Trustpilot / reviews online. As others have experienced, we were charged immediately, which was fine and expected — but were emailed days later that the tub displayed on their website (still, to this day) was discontinued and unavailable. This was surprising at the time, but not once I read other reviews. I've requested a refund just today, but also immediately opened a dispute with our credit card given the reviews — trying to mitigate the time I waste with these folks getting my money back.

Charged my card for over $1,000 for an item that was listed on their site, but no longer available from the manufacturer. Called the company for a refund and they said it would be processed in 7-10 days.

It is illegal for a company to charge your credit card before it ships to you.

I had to place a chargeback on my credit card.

I ordered a brushed bronze bathroom faucet from them after doing a rigorous search/research. Brushed bronze finish is difficult to find. It was pricey, but plumbing overstock was the least expensive. Once I placed my order I received it within the week. The only qualm I had was not knowing whether the sink stop was part of the package price. It wasn’t mentioned in the description and their customer service wasn’t certain. It was included.

I purchased two items that appeared in stock. 11 days later I had not received yet an update on the sale so I called them. They told me it would take at least 3 more WEEKS to fulfill the order.

I was NEVER notified that the items were on backorder! They made me waste precious time as I needed to finish a construction project for a client.
I canceled the order

Ordered an expensive sink rack back May 6, 2026. On checkout page, said “leaves the warehouse in 7-10 days”. They charged my credit card, took payment. It never shipped. It is June 30 and I have been calling and emailed. First call put on hold for 1 hr and then disconnected. Emailed week ago with all info, and no reply. On the line again for an hour and the sales associate is trying to get me to accept a store credit instead of refund. This site is a total scam. My blood is boiling.

I called 5 times and NO resolution. We ordered in late January and STILL no order. THEY SAY IT IS COMING AND THEN THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE WHY IT DID NOT SHIP. THIS IS A SCAM!!! LINDA LALLY

This website is simply a fancy front end for a drop shipping operation. They don’t stock anything. I ordered a garbage disposal because the price was right and estimated delivery was reasonable. After a week I called customer service, which of course is in India. They said the item wouldn’t be shipped for three weeks. For a garbage disposal??? I requested the order be canceled and payment refunded. Customer service said this would take a couple of days. Huh??? A day later the item shipped but I don’t need it since I got one elsewhere. Now I get to deal with them again for the return. What a sheisty operation.

I've ordered shower arms on May 11. 2 weeks went by and the order still was not shipped. No email about it. I called customer service and was put on hold for 17 minutes to find out the status of the order. When Rep returned she said that the order will be shipped today and I will receive email with tracking number in it. For some reason I doubt it. We shall see
The customer service is terrible, rude and bad English. I will be cancelling this order if it does not get shipped soon.

I ordered a tub. The listed ship date passed, so I called to check on the order. They said, "It's complete, it's packed, it will ship in 2 weeks." Huh? So I followed up in 2 weeks and it still hadn't shipped, and got the run-around, "The 2 weeks was an estimate." I pressed and pressed for a definite ship date but did not receive one. Only after I requested a refund did it ship. When it arrived, it was not as ordered. They hardly responded to my complaint until I disputed the charge through my credit card company, and in the end "proved" that I had ordered it incorrectly because of their convoluted options.

If you choose to order from this company, do not expect it to come on time (or at all), do not expect it to be as you ordered it, do not expect any degree of helpful customer service, and do not expect to save money.

Great purchase - Item was the best price I could find for the linkasink drain - arrived timely and pristine. Would recommend for your bath or kitchen projects
