Order did arrive eventually, although paid £7.50 for delivery and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Didn’t get an update in this time

Original sink arrived with a crack through it and didn't notice until opened by the fitter. Got onto the store and a new sink was dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Excellent service.

Urgently required item (MDPE 25mm Copper Olives) arrived very quickly. Couldn't find a local supplier and was relieved to find Plumbing Superstore stock them.

Good price.
Item was coming from supplier so delivery took longer than stated on the website but I got a call to inform me of this.
Customer service were good to help with delivery and got the courier to ring me an hour in advance so I could get home
Product seems to be good but it's not plumbed in yet

Experience was fine apart from sending item 4 days early item was taken back and delivered on correct day courier was pleasant and helpful so ok in the end would use again
