Good customer service
Brought a bathroom radiator from this company and unfortunately it came damaged. The box looked like it had been dropped and when opened one side was damaged. The lady who we spoke to was great and offered us a replace or as was the case with mine I just needed a few replacement clips to fix the damage. Good customer service very helpful.

The radiator was delivered promptly, and the make is solid, the brackets are a bit tricky to line up and get level. but overall satisfied

Damaged radiator and poor refund service
Radiators came on time, however one of them was damaged, also error made by myself ordering wrong type. Was told it wouldn't be an issue to replace, but I would have to get the damaged/wrong radiators uplifted and order three more new radiators. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting on the refund being credited to my account.

I can confirm that the goods have been marked as being returned to us, this in turn will trigger your refund and the refund has now been processed by credit control. Stelrad are good quality, a UK business, and it was easy to order directly from them directly. The delivery guys were really helpful which was a definite plus, given they were delivering us 5 heavy radiators.

I would have given 5 stars but one…
I would have given 5 stars but one radiator not delivered on the same day as the others and when it did eventually arrive it was damaged and unusable, we did receive a replacement within two days and all is well.

Great service
Ordered on 14th April. Requested specific date for delivery 20th April . Arrived on date requested. Good pre delivery communication . Well protected and appear excellent quality. Not fitted yet but I am sure will be fine.
