Thanks for taking time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience shopping with us.

Firstly, I am extremely sorry for the way in which the products were delivered. I can see our supplier delivered directly to yourself so I don't have exact details of what happened. However, we were not under the impression that goods were left inside properties so this is something we will have to raise further with them and I can only apologise for the inconvenience and distress this would have caused.

In regards to replacement goods, I can't see any communication from yourself after the goods were made so I can't look into exactly what you were advised of. I'm unsure if you spoke with a member of our team or the supplier directly, but our policy is to report (with images) the damage, so we can pass this onto the supplier for a replacement to be issued. I am glad that you were able to cut the panel to your requirements meaning that issue was resolved, however I do apologise for the damage during transit.

We aim to exceed our customers expectations and understand we have failed to do so. We can only hope that you do choose to shop with us again in the future, so we can give you the level of service we always aim for.

We noticed your location is set to New Zealand, but we are based in the UK and do not ship overseas so I presume your experience was not based on a purchase with us as we do not sell Apollo Drive products. We are aware of a company in New Zealand with the same name as us, but do not have any connections.

If you do believe you have purchased with us, please message us with your order number/post code and we can look into this further for you.

Hi Bob,

I'm extremely sorry the wrong items were delivered. This was purely down to human error as mixed sizes were in the container where the stock was kept and we should have paid better attention to what products were being picked.

I can see a return and refund was arranged but I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience this originally put you through. I can only hope you do choose to shop with us again, so we can give you the higher level of service we always aim for.

We welcome all feedback as this allows us to highlight areas within our service that may need attention or review. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the product received.

Having looked into this I can see the order was sent directly from our supplier. The physical product is not branded and we do not advertise as such. The brand we note online is the supplier we purchase this from. The supplier do not physically make the product, so the packaging received was that of the manufacturer.

I can appreciate that on first opening you may believe this to be a different item, but I can assure you the product we advertise and the product you received are the same. As this is the case, the customer is liable to return any unwanted goods as per our returns policy. Should the wrong item have been received, we would have arranged to collect this from you free of charge.

We aim to exceed our customers expectations and understand we have not met your expected standard. We can only hope you do choose to shop with us again in the future, to give you the high level of service we always aim to provide.
