I had the pleasure of being a client with PM Law for a case. In every step of the way there was transparency, my questions answered when called. Support of the changes and responsibilities of myself. Advice and most importantly this was invaluable helping with every aspect of the case.
I would like to say a big thank you to the solicitor who dealt with my case. Even when ill she was available to advise on the phone.

After a slow start, not helped by COVID, PM delivered a good, professional service which saved me a lot of hassle and stress regarding the probate and administration of my late mother's estate.

Toni was both friendly and professional and I would highly recommend PM and Toni should anybody need Probate services, especially if you are overseas etc.

I had the pleasure of working with Helen Laycock for over three years to recover unpaid money from a rental default. I can confidently say that the service I received was exceptional. Horrific firm. Didn’t pay off my mortgage for 4 months. Kept hold of my money. Made me go in default now unable to get a mortgage so basically homeless due to their negligence. Myself and two young children sleeping on peoples floors

I was very dissatisfied with the handling of my legal issue. Emails were ignored along with a complaint I made. I felt the solicitor had no empathy for my situation and was more interested in running a conveyer belt claims regime. I would never use this company again.

Because of covid restrictions my compensation claim from 2019 became protracted. Tim Halksworth was superb from start to finish. Very responsive and negotiated very well on my behalf, to ensure I received the appropriate level of compensation after a badly driven police car put me in hospital. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and ensured everything was done as it should be. Would recommend unreservedly.

I put five stars just to get this review to the top, I would give them minus 5 stars. Very unprofessional, had my personal injury claim with them for a year, ceri Shaw who was supposed to deal with it, never answered any e mails, they have now announced after a year they don’t think I have a claim, another solicitor took up the claim and say that the hospital did except they put wrong pins in my finger.personally speaking they don’t seem to know what there doing, plus the people working there seem to be part time, very very stressful dealing with this company, please don’t believe their nice talk when first talking with you to get buisness off you

Recently renewed wills. Was a little complex and looked for a local company. PM Was recommended to me and dealt with Toni Cheetham and her team. Great service understood needs paperwork spot on and great value for money. Well done PM
