Very persistent and helped me with my claim

I contacted PM Law following an accident in work 18 months prior, after a few questions I was contacted again by one of the solicitors, It has been a lengthy process BUT throughout the duration of the claim PM Law have been informative, very clear regarding the process. prompt contact when hospital appointments were made, when assessments had been received by them. Settlement was agreed by the 3rd party & I was advised how long it would take to receive. They really have been excellent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend PM Law So many companies I have seen advertised since take a percentage of your settlement IF they win. Check the small print for yourself & your options. You'll be hard pushed to find a better representative.

I found PM Law online when looking for representation for a personal injury claim. From the outset, nothing was too much trouble.

AFTER AN INVESTIGATION BY THE LEGAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICE INTO THEIR COMPLAINTS HANDLING ETC, NOW PASSED TO THE SOLICITORS REGULATORY AUTHORTITY (see email at the bottom of review) REGARDING THEIR POOR HANDLING OF AN INJURY CLAIM AND THEIR CONTRACTURAL FAILURES. WHICH I CAN NOW REPORT ON AS FOLLOWS:
A FIRM THAT COULD WELL SACK YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN HOW THEY ARE DEALING WITH YOUR CASE. THEY COULD THEN DEMAND ALL THEIR FEES FROM YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY BREACH THE RULES SET BY THE SRA AND THEMSELVES. THEY MAY WELL FAIL TO PROVIDE YOU INFORMATION AS TO C0STS IN YOUR CASE AND FAIL TO PROVIDE YOU A INVOICE WHEN REQUESTED OR NEEDED BECAUSE THEY SACKED YOU WHILST MAKING DEMANDS FOR MONEY TO BE PAID. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. READ THE ONLINE REVIEWS IF YOU DOUBT ME. PM LAW ARE A PUBLIC LIABILITY THAT COULD PROVE VERY COSTLY FOR YOU AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT WAS MY EXPERIENCE. PROOF I HAVE AFTER £500 compensation awarded by the Legal ombudsman service, following my concerns raised in the public interests as a client sacked by PM LAW. PM LAW solicitor and head demanded some £10,000 in fees or they would sue me potentially. They were found negligent as recorded phone calls were examined by the legal ombudsman and forensic written communication. A customer that took no chances. This firm made me mentally ill at the time with their practices. Poor service has a pattern with this firm and they tend to say any old rubbish to get out of jail, so to speak When you go compare online reviews on their google reviews, you can see across the board this firm are a concern. I found them to be a waste of their space and have proven the same for even them to challenge as I beat them fair and square and as an unqualified solicitor, but instead a litigant in person.
When I complained to them in the first instance, they sent me 100 pages of drivel, which amounted to unqualified rubbish, whilst they were clearly in breach of the SRA rules

I have investigated Mr Nelson's service complaints regarding PM Law Ltd following your referral to ourselves on 17 May 2021, copy attached.

I have found the firm's service to have been unreasonable for three of Mr Nelson's complaint points and have arranged for the firm to make a payment to Mr Nelson of £500 for the distress and inconvenience caused.

Whilst investigating, Mr Nelson flagged the fact that the firm failed to provide him with six monthly updates as to costs as stated within their terms and conditions.

As this is a regulatory breach rather than a service issue, I would be grateful if you could contact Mr Nelson directly to review this aspect of his complaint.

I dealt with Lianne Southwell for a personal injury claim and she has been wonderful. Very polite and professional and would definitely recommend and use again should I need to.

PM Law have represented myself following a RTA. Mr Simon Osborne dealt with my case and has been successful in winning without the need to attend Court. I would like to say a sincere thank you to him and the team for all of their help. They have been so accommodating with myself throughout this whole process and have communicated through email to meet my needs. Would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for representation.

PM Law were appointed to do my remortgage. When my new mortgage was initiated they failed to repay my existing mortgage leaving me with two mortgages and interest to pay. My formal complaint was upheld by them and they agreed to repay me the additional interest incurred (£500) but instead the amount received into my bank account was £100.60 - I am still pursuing the outstanding balance (apparently there was an 'admin error'). Despite assurance I will receive funds I am still chasing. Horrifically stressful and causing much anxiety. It is impossible to contact them, they are rude and unhelpful and I feel justified in saying - as a result of my experience - that I consider then untrustworthy and incompetent.

I dealt with Simon and he was outstanding the process was long but he kept me in the loop the whole time and went above and beyond to help me.

Couldn’t recommend them anymore they were awesome!

Its really being grateful have PM Law Ltd as my Litigator. They fought endless for the right compensation that is due to me relentlessly. Excellent service throughout my claim from lianne at pm law, I would definitely recommend.

After trying to deal with two issues ourselves which was causing a lot of stress and worry, a friend recommended PM Law. We were referred to Samantha Ibraham who has been outstanding. She instantly gave us reassurance and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We just wish we'd found her years ago!

Please do not use this firm. I work within the industry and they are by far the worst conveyancers I have come across. Clients have been made homeless due to the complacency of this firm, whilst other clients in the chain have lost children's school places and had huge levels of stress. I cannot advise enough NOT to instruct them.
