When purchasing the Eclisse Pocket Doors I referred to your Web Site and found literature which shows the Syntesis Pocket Door as 3.1/2" thick for use with 5/8" sheeting for a 4.3/4" finished wall thickness. In reality the pocket is 3" thick designed for 1/2" sheeting and a 4" finished wall thickness. So we had to tear out 3 walls and rebuild for the 3" Eclisse pocket door furnished.

I received only one of 2 kits. I have made numerous attempts to contact these people via e mail and phone without any success. I am more than frustrated,my next move is to contact cc and see if I can dispute the charge.

Great service and fast shipping! Ben went above and beyond to help me out on a project. And the quality of the acoustic pocket door is great, my contractor even commented on how the quality was as good as he's seen. Highly recommended.

Great Pocket door system, the only suggestion, pre-bend the closing jamb brackets before screwing them into the jamb and attaching to the rough opening. Bending in place lifts the wood jamb off of the steel jamb. Really impressed with this system way more than the wood POS sold at the local stores. Thanks PocketDoors!

Super helpful sales person on the phone and through email and quick shipping! We ordered 4 pocket door kits and they had them when no one else did!

I am satisfied with the purchase. I didn't get a shipment notification which would have been nice. My order had one missing part. I completed the chat form on the website and called and left 3 unreturned voice messages. I completed another chat request and it finally made it to someone. After that, they were super helpful and attentive, and had Eclisse sent me out the missing part overnight.

Materials showed up quickly (3 days) all parts were there, and everything was in good shape.

i asked for a return authorization on a purchase but was never contacted as to how to do that. I guess because I opened the package, that voids any returns.
Ridiculous. Parts were never used.

I ordered a dual pocket door system from here that clearly stated that it was in stock and would ship the next business day. It has been almost a month and I've only received half of the order. I've reached out to the main manager Ben through email twice with no response, called the customer service center and they supposedly "escalated" the issue to the same person who hasn't responded to my emails and to date I still have no resolution. If you can't keep your items in stock, DONT ADVERTISE AS IF THEY'RE IN STOCK!! Now I have a huge project just sitting waiting on this door system. Last time I buy from here, prices are also outrageous BUT since it was "IN STOCK" I went ahead and placed the order.

Good customer service on correcting an order

This door was bought to be retrofited to our home. I, as a homeowner needed to check and see if the door was appropriate to our place. In order to do so, we need to open, measure and check if the construction of everything works; "measure twice" but if us opening it voids that then I wouldn't have bought the door from this place. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR. IT WAS NOT and NOW I HAVE THIS DOOR that I need to resale on a third party site.

I called customer service with questions about my order and they answered all my questions and followed up with an email explaining everything.
My contractor was also impressed with the quality of the frame and the finishing kit.
This is a great quality product at a very reasonable price.

no communication. no tracking information sent. took my money and ZERO contact. I called the contact phone number and left a message to return my call and NO ONE did. Poorest customer service I have ever...EVER!, experienced. updated- I ALWAYS check junk mail folder, a habit that is 25+ years old. This is the first communication I have received from you.
