Consistently poor customer support over 5 years!
Unfortunately, they are among the worst customer support CRM I've used. They just make it so hard to even open a support ticket. I keep getting similar technical issues, it is like pulling teeth when trying to open up a ticket. When I do get to chat with support - they are sooo slow. I am a paying client just stuck with them till I can find better CRM...

Skriver lidt frem og tilbage med podimo og bliver bedt om at sende link el skærmbillede af det tilbud de kom med, hvorefter jeg får besked om at det tilbud kan jeg ikke benytte. Så synes jeg jo de skal lade være med at tilbyde mig det i første omgang, meget uprofessionelt

Podio has become an absolute Dinosaur of a platform. If you ever wish to cancel and EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID for another month, they delete your data the moment you click cancel. When you attempt to cancel they then won't cancel you unless you delete all NON-PAID users from the app to get to below 5 free users, before they will cancel your account. Then as you remove each of your clients, they send them an email notifying them of you removing your customers. What an absolutely crappy way to deal with businesses that have paid for many years to use their services. It is a slap in the face on the way out the door.

This pos company not only scammed us for ever than cost tons of money to setup and now they erased our years of stuff over a payment they didn't get because our account wasn't working correctly they said they go to free account which will erase everything the 3rd world cust service agent didn't care and even took a payment saying they will fix it. This is why CEOs are getting karma to them I spend 10k to build it plus 30 a month per user and got f by them I over usa bs companies I hope this company goes under and now!
Strict no refund policy
They have a fun policy...Once you cancel by mistake, there is no refund neither can use the paid version for the period one paid for. Zero flexibility with their policy.
they will bait and switch you
save your data before reverting to free version or cancelling your plan. they do not give you access until the end of the billing cycle. they will shut you down seconds after forcing you to pay again for access. classic lazy business pulling a bait and switch. only use their free version. paying is a horrible decision

By far it’s one of the most versatile crms I have ever worked with. This comes with its pros and cons. If you are a maker and like to customize things, then this is the product for you. However, because of this same reason, it can be a pain to set everything up since you basically have to build and program a lot of the functionalities
Stay away from this company
I was a paying customer for 12 years, even before it was acquired by Citrix. Two weeks ago Podio decided to close my account, without any kind of notification or message, according to them requested by me although they have no proof or log that I requested it.
The support is HORRIBLE, one of the worst I have ever seen.
Stay away from this company.

customer service sucks. Dont work with podio. There are other great CRMS. Podio is hard to use and when it comes time to cancel GOOD LUCK!

I don't know what my team would do…
I don't know what my team would do without podio. Easy to set up, if you consider everything they offer, but you do need to take the time to understand how it works and how to set up what you need. Once you are on a roll, it is life changing, I find it more useful than slack or other management tools. Worth a try for sure!
Their business plan transition is unreasonably and disrespectful to long term clients
Big problem since they gave us only 30 days notice (during Christmas) to offload all of our data or charge us over £2500/month - and we're a ten person company! Appalling service when we've been clients for six years.
no support.......having to manually calculate staff vacation allowances
We have a vacations calendar but the only way of keeping track of how many holidays have been taken seem to be manually. The only other option we see is the weeks, the way to filter out how many weeks someone has taken holidays.
We have sent a support request in to Podio but they don't respond.....
