I made a purchase before Christmas, and received an email stating it was getting prepared to ship. I have emailed them several times looking for an update, but no response and zero updates. This site is a scam do not buy nothing from these fricken losers. I'm so tired of everything on the internet is a scam, and it seems nothing is ever done to stop these crimes. Truly sad.

The price was amazing. It was a near impossible gift to find I ordered it late and still got it for Christmas.

Ornament was completely subpar & disappointing especially for the cost.

I was told my order shipped 12/21, and still have not been able to find any updates. The tracking number states the package still hasn’t shipped 17 days later. Unable to get a hold of anyone at Pofily and have emailed multiple times and tried their “chat” on the site. Their shipping is a joke along with their customer service. I’d love to cancel my order, but of course you’d need to be able to talk to someone which appears impossible.

False advertising. The item I bought looked like it was a model replica of a pontoon. Instead it was just a sticker on a piece of plastic. Very disappointed and looks cheaply made.

Delivery not as promised, only a ridiculous email about a shipping label ( no customer thinks this is helpful, only a reminder that the item is in fact not yet on the way) No answer from customer service…

T shirt material was good quality and not the usual thin material most are. Design was beautiful too! Loved this shirt.

I ordered a 36" metal sign that turned out beautiful! It was a shame that the beautiful sign was shipped in only a flimsy cardboard covering with no packing. The sign was bent in a couple areas upon arrival. It would have been perfect if the $300.00 sign would have been shipped more carefully in a sturdy box with packing.

Necklace is perfect. But the blanket is completely wrong. It said to my daughter on top and then the bottom it said love grandma!! I’ve emailed Pofily and haven’t received a response!!! This was a Christmas gift which already came in late but now I have to send back and get another one.

Ok so the sign was perfect, however in shipping the package was damaged. It was a Christmas gift and arrived with a dented box. After opening it, we discovered it damaged a part of the edge. We are afraid to try to repair it afraid it would damage the finish.

I ordered a blanket with a highland cow and the blanket is defective half the cow is cut off. It cost me $80. I have emailed multiple times and I have not received a response in a weeks time. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

They use false advertising! They charged me $45 for two “ornaments” which were nothing like the description or picture. They printed this crap on a flat piece of plastic which is NOT what I ordered or wanted. I will be disputing the charge and returning this junk.

Got the sign with Jay’s woodshop in it and it is awesome I will definitely buy from here again

I ordered a sweatshirt for Grandma with the kids names on it....I ordered as they asked and it came in a different order.....disappointing.

Ordered two ornaments in November of 2022, they were paid for on Amex with a different delivery address than billing address. Heard nothing from them, even after two emails. Third email was finally answered by computer, ??customer service??. They then sent two ornaments to the billing address rather than the shipping address. How nice, I pay shipping for them to go to a different address, now I have to pay shipping to get them to the correct address. Buy else where.
