Pofily レビュー

You have never sent me my product, won’t reply to my inquiries, and won’t refund me

Easy to order/navigate the website, great status updates. Awesome product!

The reason for the 3 stars is because of the custom service. They were great, helpful, and they were quick with their responses. However, my review is lacking 2 stars because the product was not to my expectations. It was extremely cheap material and the image provided of the product was very deceiving. I would refrain from purchasing clothing from here.

Kept me updated on my order Filled the order just as I wanted

Item took a little longer than expected.

The retirement blanket we bought worked out perfectly. It was a hit with the retiree and she now has it draped over her couch for everyone to see.

I ordered a blanket for my father in law’s 90th birthday. The blanket is excellent quality with vivid colors. Very fast delivery even with the personalized names of 13 grandchildren!
I would highly recommend this company!
It exceeded my expectations.

First of all it took a long time to ship...And I messaged them, and it took days to answer my message, then they finally put it in ship mode, and it didn't even ship...gave me tracking number but my item didn't ship..it was past five days in ship mode, so I told them to cancel it..days later get a message saying they wouldn't cancel it..I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING from here again..NEVER

I am very disappointed with my order - it is wrong and I cannot get anyone to answer my emails - I even left a message on the website- no phone number to call and now I’m out $75 - this was a gift so now I have to get something else. No customer service whatsoever.

Your picture of the throw is very deceiving. I guess I’m just out of $41.00 because this is not worth the money for me to send back. One live and learn whom to order from.

Got my orders quick and and perfect condition. Love the painting.

I ordered a custom 14” cast iron sign of a specific design. Pofily delivered a beautiful finished product, exactly on time and as expected. They are a terrific outfit and are true to there advertising and there word.

Great product and service. Recommend them.

The picture is beautiful on my wall. Great quality and exactly as expected. I’m glad I got it big!

One of the names on my sweatshirt is missing a letter, I contacted customer service 3 days ago and never heard anything back.

My experience was okay. The last two adjustments were not made on my order. I was told they were and it was shipped as is. I should have received a proof acceptance in my email as a final sign off on art. Also it is an iron on transfer, not specified when ordering.

I ordered the Grammy sweatshirt for my mom with all my kid's names on it. When it came in, it was larger than I envisioned it to be. More boxy then it is long. I hope it will sill fit her well, but it is a Christmas gift, so I won't know till then.

Beautiful poster and great customer service.

Loved the selection of artwork and how quickly it arrived!

I love the picture but yall need to do better job with packaging my picture had a small hole on it box was all ripped up when I received it.
