Was super thin and not what i was expecting as far as a metal sign . Pray the mail man dont bend package or it will break .

I love the design and colors. The tee shirt fabric is a nice weigh. My only negative, and reason for only 4 stars, is that the women's v neck size 2x runs small for me.

For me, when ordering personalized fleece blankets, color visual is essential. The color on this blanket doesn't at all look like the picture. It isn't beautiful or have that wild factor when unfolding it to read it. And I assumed you guys would let the words "To My Daughter Kayla" but instead it says "To My Kayla" Don't like at all, and will find someone name Kayla to bless them with this blanket. Sorry y'all. I'm just not a fan...

On my grandma’s love bugs T-shirt;I didn’t like the extra bugs on the grass plus the screen print was small. One of the bugs wasn’t the color I chose for it

I did receive the shirt I ordered, but it was wrong. I emailed them but they never responded. I would give no stars if that was an option.

I never received the package and they are refusing to give me a refund

The T-shirt arrived damaged. I contacted them as instructed per the return policy and sent a picture of the damage on 06/24/2022. I sent a follow up email on 06/27/2022 and I still have not heard anything back from them. I am very disappointed with their lack of response.

I could not be happier with the people and products made by Pofily. I recently ordered a metal sign for my friend. Although I correctly wrote the text I wanted at the top of the sign, I forgot to indicate the text for the lower part. When Harley from Customer Service contacted me about my lapse, I sent her the text I wanted there. When she showed it to her craftsperson team, they weren’t sure they could create the exclamation point at the end but they would try to make it. And they did! The sign was perfect, exclamation point and all, and my friend loved it! Wonderful people, beautiful products, as well as excellent communication and customer care. That’s Profily.

Zero stars was not an option. this is not a legit business. No phone number, they do not respond to your emails. I was SCAMMED! Wrong product delivered as a FATHER'S DAY GIFT, so I was so embarrassed. Paid for expedited shipping, and it (the wrong personalized item) sat for 5 days before even being shipped out. Again, you cannot contact them.
