Polartours レビュー

I chose this company because they had a good selection of destinations, and among them I found one that suited me perfectly. I received a quick response to my request, and throughout the entire trip I had a personal travel consultant whom I could contact with any questions and receive prompt answers. The trip went perfect, and now I know that I can recommend Polartours to my friends.

We decided to go for our adventure to Falklands, South Georgia and Antarctica with Oceanwide via Polartours and haven't regretted it. The crusie and the experiences on the way were mindblowing and the service, care and response time of Celia at Polartours just completed the great experience.

Excellent and very professional organization from the first contact with Polartours (Celia). Ushuaia Antarctica Classic Voyage was a really exciting journey with lifelong memories. Ushuaia crew provided remarkable services while team of experienced scientists completed all their demanding tasks and activities very successfully. I would particularly express my gratitude to Mr. Lucas Marti, Team Leader who managed all aspects of a complex navigation in a superb manner.

Celia from Polartours has been very professional and helpful in our trip planning. Her responses were always speedy and meaningful. I would definitely recommend Polartours to anyone who's interested to explore the polar regions.

A very disappointing experience. Polar Tours was supposed to sign me up for an Antarctica Cruise on board the Hondius with Oceanside Voyages. The room was meant to be on a twin sharing basis and I have the initial booking to prove it but on boarding the ship, they had me cramped in pigeon hole style conditions in a small room no bigger than a prison cell with two other people (three total). It made for an utterly unhygienic and uncomfortable experience on what was supposed to be a memorable trip.

When approached about the issue they got defensive and said documents had been “tampered” without any evidence and even when approached about the matter, the team both at Polartours and Oceanwide refused to even consider finding a solution to the matter. This was in spite of others on the ship who had actually paid for a four sharing room being upgraded to twin sharing rooms and in some cases private rooms EVEN BEFORE THE CRUISE HAD STARTED

Make sure to avoid or you’ll end up paying thousands for your cruise only to be cramped inside a letter box and your holiday ruined

Awesome expedition trip with Ocean Albatros from 30th August till 10th September 2025. Programme very detailed and well planned. Expedition team lead by Marc Jansen supported by Captain Johan was super amazing. We saw many nights of auroras and several sightings of whales frolicking in front of us, the amazing pristine unspoilt beauty of Greenland and the various visits to Greenlandic homes to understand their cultures, Church worship and their history. The best expedition by far. Highly recommended to all my friends. Keep it up Ocean Albatros and Marc Jansen plus Captain Johan. We salute you all for the great job done."

It was really a great trip. It was My first cruise, and that went better than expected. Great booking and pre-trip service by Polar Tours, specially Celia! At the Ocean Albatros, the experience was just amazing: from the little greenlandic villages and 4 days of northern lights at the top deck, to the zodiac cruise in the middle of huge icebergs, and also an ESPECTACULAR Expedition team, lead by Mark, an incredible guy. Food at the ship was good, the room was super comfortable, the captain is also an incredible fellow, deeply passioned about his profession. Long story short, a trip never to forget, really amazing and safe adventures. Really recommend to everyone. I wasn't sure how it was gonna go when I booked, due to the lack of reviews (even on Youtube), but I can now say it is worth it. You have my true review here and I'll also make one on youtube!

I traveled with my wife and the staff were very professional and cared a lot about wildlife and the environment. every day had fun activities, but it never felt too busy.
The expedition was well organized with a good balance of adventure and planning.
We really enjoyed it!!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience booking through polartours! The booking process was smooth, and the team was incredibly helpful—both before and during the trip. I especially appreciated the clear communication.

The journey itself was an unforgettable adventure—perfectly organized, with knowledgeable guides and fascinating insights. It’s clear that true experts are behind this platform, people who aren’t just selling trips but are genuinely passionate about traveling.

I would book again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a polar expedition!

We had a fantastic experience — Bruna was highly professional and answered all our questions quickly and clearly, putting to rest all our initial doubts about a journey to the polar region. Thanks again! It’s reassuring to have such a knowledgeable partner by your side on a trip like this.

Im glad that Polartours offers such tours as long all not all is melted down!

Celia was a big help planning that Trip for my wife and me, in special at the beginning of the trip we had problems with our flight, and she was very friendyly and helpt us out

My personal highlight on the trip was to jump into the icecold antarctic sea.

I highly recommend that polar experience as a once in a Lifetime Trip.

In the end I didn’t Book the Trip with them for personal reasons. But the Communication with Celia and Bruna were amazing. Their transparancy, prompt response left a great Impression. I would love to book another trip with the girls in the future if possible.

I fully recommend POLARTOURS. I would like to thank you so much Bruna Garcia for her professionalism regarding my booking of a cruise to Falklands / South Georgia / Antarctica. She was extremely helpful and reactive to organize my last minute trip. Everything was just perfect !!! Thank you again for my memorable cruise.

Booked a trip to Antarctica with Polartours, Bruna was very helpful, fast respond to questions and very insightful information. The trip itself was fantastic and the ship 'ocean albatros' aswell. Would highly recommend.

Responsive.
When expedition company cancelled found another company.
Helpful in cabin selection.

I recently did the Arctic tour from Aberdeen to Svalbard, by Hondius. The ship is great, with all the facilities you need and more. The team expedition was amazing and the places we visited incredible. About PolarTours, the service has been honestly perfect: I was in touch with Celia, a really professional agent who took care of every detail to make sure the experience will be the best. Information and communication with her were great.

Celia Smith from Polartours was great in assisting us

Had the pleasure of speaking with Bruna, who was very professional and knowledgable. Polartours itself is an easy organization to work with.

Polarturs for me is very trustfull comoany. Celia from Portugal was my agent, and she helped me to find the most feet tour to Antarctica, for my family.
Celia kept on touch with me for more than 3 month, and helped me to book the room at the cheapest praice that was posible

It was my first time on an expedition cruise to Svalbard! I would recommend Polartours any day, my agent Celia was very professional in recommending which boat would suit my needs best. Great service and will definitely hit up the Antarctic with them next.
