Polartours レビュー

I had a very good experience with Polartours.
They were very responsive and gave us very good service - we got all the information and felt that we can fully trust them - I want to thank especially to Celia

Had a great experience. Bruna Was very attentive and supportive. They offered a great service.

I didn't know just how complex booking an Antarctic trip was going to be, but they delivered on their promise, and more.
Very helpful with my (unending) questions and supported me all the way to the day of departure. Can't wait to get another trip to the Arctic with them !

Clear presentation of the trip.
Good communication with transparency.
Strong reactivity. The trip was as amazing as described by polar tours.
Special thanks to the agent Bruna who kept us informed during the end to end process.

scam
paid but no answer
still lost money!!

Its Big scam.
As most people said negative review, unfortunately it was true.
They treat you very bad and service was terrible.
I don't really like them.
Still regret what I joined.

Excellent Experience!

The Agent, Ms. Celia with Polar Tours, was magnificent. Highly professional, personable, flexible and worked with us to provide us with wonderful accommodations and an amazing experience.

I booked a trip to Antarctica with Polartours working through Celia on a spontaneous decision after noticing an ad being run on an upcoming expedition to complete our family goal of visiting all 7 continents.

We contacted her company and she worked diligently to make it happen. She was extremely clear and provided us with written information and confirmation of every detail. I cannot say enough good things about her and her excellent service. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE.

The expedition itself was fantastic. Far more than we expected. The staff was great, the ship (Plancius) was nice, the adventures were top notch and the fun was every day. And the passengers and new friends we made were lovely, friendly and excited to share their daily experiences as we were.

I rate Polaristours, the Plancius and the expedition very high. And Celia (just a joy) is one of the best in the business!

Date of experience: March 23 - April 3, 2025

voyage expéditions bien organisé; personnel compétent et sympathique, nombreuses sorties et débarquements, contact direct avec l'espace polaire; informations scientifiques; très bonne cuisine ; cabines petites et mal ventilées (mais c'est le standard en navigation...)

I choose polartours to go to Antarctica and i was not disappointed. I had an amazing experience with them. Celia was wonderful in keeping me informed with all the right information. I consider going to Antarctica again and I will choose Polartours for sure. 100% recommend.

I had a fantastic „once in a lifetime“ trip to Antarctica in December. Polartours and especially Celia was a great partner. There was a lot to ask and organize before and after booking and Celia was always on my side. On top of that the offer was great! I would without hesitation book with Celia and Polartours again!

We booked an antarctica cruise with Ms Celia and everything was perfect. The service, comunication, etc.. all was great

Excellent Experience with Polar Tours – Professional and Reliable!"

I am genuinely surprised by the negative review here, as my own experiences with Polartours – especially with the agent Celia – have been nothing but exceptional.

Last year, I booked a trip to Greenland with Polartours, and from the very start, Celia proved to be a true professional. The communication was clear and precise, all travel details were transparently presented, and I felt well taken care of from the initial consultation until my return. In fact, I was so impressed that I am already planning to book my next trip with Polar Tours again, as I have never encountered such dedicated professionals before.

Regarding the criticism about the cabin arrangements, I would like to emphasize that it is absolutely standard in the entire industry of polar and expedition cruises that the more affordable cabin categories are shared with other guests. This is no secret but openly communicated by all reputable providers, including Polartours. Anyone considering such a journey should thoroughly inform themselves beforehand—especially when it comes to cabin categories. It is simply unfair to blame the travel agency for one's own lack of attention to the booking details.

I fully support the professionalism of Polartours and can wholeheartedly recommend them. A big thank you to Celia and the entire team for the excellent service!

Everything in the trip was fantastic! Celia has been very responsive in assisting with my booking with Oceanwide. Thanks Celia for your kind help! Glad to see Wissem below as well~
